This place is a dump....will not answer question family members may have ,concerning rules of there programs that may help family members who are required to go there, due to drug habits and part of there parole Please read reviews about condition of this place..it in bad area of Phoenix

I’m not certain how many e-mails you have sent, or to which address – my only guess is if there was more than this one, they may have wound up accidentally deleted as spam, and I have no voice mails (unless you left one today – I haven’t checked yet as I spent the afternoon on a lumber run)
 
At any rate, we are right at 8-ish weeks right now, and I am working on two spice racks this weekend – one maple and one oak (Yours)

The company never did return phone calls or emails, but the item I ordered did show up yesterday. I did file a complaint with Attorney Generals office but have not heard back from them. Thank you for all your help on this matter not sure if this guy is just a poorly run operation, or if others have lost money.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I was finally able to get someone at pay pal (after 4 phone calls) who was able to find the refund and resolve the problem. They assured me that the money would be refunded in the next week, probably on Tuesday the 20th. When I first contacted them they couldn't find the refund. I hope this works. I was told that the refund was not processed properly, but that was not the case. Pay pal seems to have issues with processing a refund after 45 days.

Review: I ordered a 13 gal linerless trash bin on 2/6/2014 from Advantage Woodworks online and paid for the item the same day. I received an invoice via email. The website states an 8 week time frame for delivery of finished products. I responded to the confirmation email received on Feb 7, 2014 with a daytime phone number for FED EX as requested on Feb 7th. I was told I would receive an e-mail with shipping tracking numbers when the order was shipped. I waited and heard nothing. I contacted the business via e-mail on April 30th 2014 for information about the item and received no response. I tried contacting by phone but no one answers the number. I sent another e-mail and have had no response.Desired Settlement: I would either like the in the next few weeks or I would like a full refund.

Review: I ordered a wooden recycling bin on May 17, 2013 and have yet to receive it. I sent several emails inquiring as to order status, and left voicemails requesting a call back. The seller made no contact with me. I issued a dispute resolution with PayPal, however the 45 day period had expired so they closed the dispute after sending an email message on my behalf requesting full refund of monies paid for item never received.

I was finally able to speak with [redacted] (lowercase intentional) on the phone after calling in late September. After merely informing him of my name, he knew what the order was for off the top of his head, and also knew I desired a refund without any prompting from me. He claimed he believed he had already processed the refund via PayPal. I have since logged into my account several times in the last two weeks and confirmed no refund was ever issued.

So mr. [redacted] would have me believe he knew right away who I was and what I was calling about just by hearing my name, but that he could not remember whether or not he physically logged into his PayPal account, looked up my order, and clicked the button to issue the refund. I simply do not believe this. I believe he was stalling for time and looking for an excuse to get off the phone with someone he clearly was not going to be getting any more money from. He claimed he would look it up later that day and confirm he issued the refund and "get back to me." It has been over 2 weeks since that phone conversation, and of course no refund has been issued and I have not received any contact from [redacted] or any other party at advantage woodworks (lowercase intentional).

After recent research on the Internet, including with the Revdex.com, I have determined this business has a history of not delivering items paid for in full, and when formal complaints are issued, various excuses (elderly parents, illness, underwater basket-weaving competitions) are put forward as to why there was no response, item never delivered, etc. I do not believe this as no matter what is going on in someone's life, if they are running a legitimate business they can find a couple of minutes at some point during 4+ months to send a quick email regarding status of an order, etc. I sent multiple emails to remind him to let me know what was going on with not even one response. It is my belief this business never intended to ship the ordered item, and hoped I would forget about it over the months so they could make 100% profit from my payment.Desired Settlement: I require a full refund and nothing less. I gave him a chance to at least issue a refund, and that was not heeded. Accordingly, I have issued a scam complaint with the Federal Bureau of Investigation Internet Fraud Division (IC3), the Virginia Attorney General's office, and the Wisconsin Attorney General's office. If I do not receive a full refund promptly, I will press this matter to the fullest extent possible and am willing to spend great amounts of time and money, and even personal travel to visit with local authorities in pursuit of this matter, based on principle alone. I value honor above all else save God, so I am 100% serious. I do not want to hear [redacted]' voice; I do not want to receive ANY kind of correspondence or typed messages from him at all, I simply want the refund issued. Let me reiterate that: No messages from him of any kind. No excuses. Simply log into the PayPal account, look up the transaction ID I have provided, and click the issue refund button.

I have contacted the seller and was told a specific date but still have not received the product. I have a hard time getting the company to answer the phone, and emails are returned once in awhile. Review: Ordered online 11/5/13. Did not receive product or shipping notification.Filed a dispute with Paypal after not being able to contact seller. Contacted by seller stating they would not ship with an open dispute. Closed the dispute and I was told the product would ship about 1/1/14. Called on 1/26/14--was told it was too cold to finish. Asked for details and a shipping date in writing. Did not receive any notification or the Maple Trash Bin that I ordered. I would like my money back.Desired Settlement: $149.00 returned.

Review: I ordered a trash bin cabinet on 5/30/13 and paid $259 through Paypal. Production time was listed as 8 weeks. I gave the business 12 weeks to fulfill the order before I started attempting to contact the owner regarding the status of my order. My e-mail and phone inquiries were never answered. I have never been able to speak with anyone on the phone, as it goes straight to voice mail.Desired Settlement: I've waited 15 weeks for something that was supposed to be delivered in 8. I would like my money refunded.

Review: I ordered a "custom" spice rack and paid for it in full on Jan. 6, 2014. It was promised in 6 - 8 weeks. I have not received the spice rack, and emails and phone calls have not been returned.Desired Settlement: I would love to receive the product, but in lieu of that, I want a refund. Review: On 4/19/13 I ordered a wooden single-wide slant top oak trash bin from Advantage Woodworks. They sent a confirming email with Invoice #1105, dated 4/19/13 Order Number: [redacted] in the amount of $249.00 dated 4/19/13. I was sent email with notice that an email will be sent to me with tracking information when the bin is shipped. The estimated delivery was 6 - 8 weeks. It has now been 10 weeks and after several emails and 4 phone calls, I have not received the product for which my credit card was charged, nor have I gotten any feedback from the company. The last attempt to leave a voice mail message failed because the answering message said that there was not room to leave any more messages. I am very frustrated and disappointed with this company. If they can't deliver on the date promised, just let me know that - just don't ignore me. I am hoping that you can help in this matter.

Review: I ordered a slant-top cherry trash bin from Advantage Woodworks back on 1/5/2013. The company's business website indicated a delivery time of initially 6-8 weeks but required an immediate payment through PayPAL. The cost of my item ordered was $289.00 plus an additional delivery charge of $30.00 - totalling $319.00. I inquired about the delivery shortly after 8 weeks as to the progress of the delivery. I received no response. I inquired again on 5/3/2013 and the owner of the business, [redacted], responded the same day saying he's had and I quote him, "extenuating circumstances to deal with on my end that have made forcasting close to impossible (a sudden unanticipated need to deal with health issues of two elderly parents simultaneously being the largest) but are making every effort to process orders as efficiently as possible". He also claimed in the e-mail response that my order was 4th from the top of his list and his goal was to get the order out by the end of the following week. That was the last time I heard from the owner or the company after a number of additional inquiries.Desired Settlement: I request the delivery of my order immediately or if it's not possible then the immediate credit back of what was charged to me in full.

Hi, Stacy. I submitted a complaint on 8/17/2013 regarding the company, Advantage Woodworks. I placed an order for a wooden trash bin back on 1/5/2013 and wasn't getting any responses from the company when I inquired about the delivery of my order (which was already paid for).

Review: I ordered a double-wide trash/recycling bin on 5/13/13 for the price of $544. I had several email exchanges with [redacted], the owner of the company, confirming my order and the specifications. I was told 6-8 weeks for my bin to be built, but that he'd just cut some Maple so it may be sooner. Not only was it not sooner, after 10 weeks I still hadn't received anything so I sent him an email asking for an update on my order. No response. I tried calling him and leaving a message. No return phone call. After several more attempts to reach the company, I requested a refund from Paypal; because more than 60 days had passed, they could do nothing to help me. I am now going through my bank (debit card) to be reimbursed for the funds. I wish it hadn't come to this, as I would prefer to have my bin. However, no bin and no money is not acceptable.Desired Settlement: To warn others of the shady practices of this company. Save yourself the headache and hassle of wasting time waiting for a product you want and then having to fight to get your money back.
