Review: Ordered a wooden garbage can on2/5/2013. Have not received the paid for item even after numerous phone calls and emails to primary owner Wayne. This product was paid for thru paypal and cost $500.00. I am very disappointed that he won't even respond to my e mails. and no one ever answers phone when I call. I just leave a message. I would like my paid for product or my money refunded immediately. Thank you.Desired Settlement: product is either shipped immediately or I get a refund of the entire $500.00 and he gets and F from the Revdex.com

Review: I ordered a wooden trash bin from Advantage Woodworks on 5/15/13. On 5/30/13 I received an email telling me I should expect my trash bin in late July. It's now mid September. I have emailed the company and to date have not received any emails or phone calls letting me know when I should expect delivery of my trash bin. I've emailed the company 7/29, 8/6, 8/27 and today with no response. I've also left several messages on the phone number that the company has listed on their website. They were paid via my paypal account on 5/15/13 in the amount of $259.00 (The bin costs $229, the shipping is $30).Desired Settlement: I would like them to complete this order and ship my wooden trash bin I ordered. Please help me get this resolved. Of course if they say it's impossible to complete the order ever then I will want to get my money back. This is very wrong that they don't acknowledge customers after we've paid for an item and expect shipment of said item.
