Bought an Aerial Wakeboard tower last summerIt's the Aerial Ascent because of its budget pricingIt's holding up perfectlyPulled a 300lb skier out of the water with easeIt came with free tower speakers as part of a promotion and they sound good even without an amplifier Installation is definitely at least a person jobMy dad and I had it installed in about hoursWe took our time and made sure we had marine plywood cut for supports inside the boat so the tower wouldn't pull on the fiberglass directly Can't comment on customer service as of yet because we haven't had an issue yetKnock on wood

The horrible customer service we received from Aerial has left us with great regretsEach day we head out to the lake and each time we receive a compliment on our tower and bimini, I remember what a frustrating time we had with Aerial and in the end we still did not end up with the complete product we paid a lot of money forThe Aerial’s lack of willingness to follow-up, problem-solve and help a unsatisfied customer is unfortunateThe tower and bimini look great and after 5-months of frequent use, appear to holding up nicely, with exception of our missing racksOne of the main reasons we purchased the tower was for the racks so that we would have more space on our boatTo anyone still considering Aerial's products, I highly recommend that you pay for shipping in hopes that all the parts and pieces will be included in the shipment, rather than piyour product at their So-Cal locationTo save money, my husband agreed to spend over 6-hours driving to piour much-anticipated tower and bimini, but several parts were missing, resulting in additional expensive shipping costs, frustrating, condescending and degrading communications, and ultimately, an incomplete product that we were originally so excited about

I installed my Aerial wakeboard tower and speakers last year and I absolutely love it More importantly my kids love it!!! They are obey and and they say it a lot easiest to get up on the wakeboardTower was easy to install and very sturdy

Review: I ordered a product from them in August 2014, no where on their site did it say it was out of stock or backordered. When I called every two weeks, they kept saying we will be getting them in 2 weeks every time and that there was nothing they can do. Meanwhile they continued to advertise the product in emails and on their site like they had them in stock.Desired Settlement: I believe they need to offer a good discount on other products or partially refund the money I paid for the product.

Review: We paid for a boat bimini in full June 13th, 2015. We were promised this item by the end of July. Every month I have called and every month was told the end of the following month. After months of promises to ship, we have still not received the product we paid for. It is now the end of December.Desired Settlement: We want our money back. We paid for a product we have never received. We cancelled our order and were promised an email confirmation confirming a full refund but have not received a refund nor a confirmation. Any contacts I have attempted online via their web service OR even [redacted] have gone completely ignored.
