Review: I placed a order for a wakeboard tower on 10/05/2014 at 5:18pm and received a confirmation email with the order # of [redacted]. The total order was $2624.97 and was deducted from my checking account for $2,624.97 on October 7, 2014 two days after my confirmation online ordering. My wife and I emailed [redacted] on Sunday November 23, 2014 at 9:15pm. stating the order was placed the time of the receipt of email confirmation and had received an email stating the [redacted] would be shipped 30 days out. It had been over the 30 days and still had not received it or even any communication regarding the status of the [redacted]. Including the transaction that was deducted from the checking account and we wanted to know what was going on at this point and we were concerned and disappointed and asked for a response to my wifes email address [redacted] . On November 25, 2014 at 6:40pm [redacted] from Aerial wakeboarding responded to my wifes email stating:I apologize for the delay with these [redacted]s as they have been difficult for us to fulfill with all the order that have been coming in. The demand has far out reached our supply and we have not been able to keep up with them. With that being said I regret to inform you that we will not be receiving more of these [redacted]s until the end of December which could potentially lead into the beginning of January. We hope you understand and appreciate your patience with us. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you. Therefore we responded: Please proceed and we will wait for the next available. Thank you for responding to my email. Should anything change and it needs to extend more for an email to let us know. January 6, 2015 we called [redacted] said they could prorate us and refund us for partial the amount paid. We said no we paid full amount and want it. Today, March 11, 2015 after emailing and calling [redacted] said it is still on backorder and could be the end of the month once againDesired Settlement: It has been 5 months and 6 days since my purchase was placed and was deducted 2 days from my checking after receiving my confirmation of receipt by Aerial wakeboarding. I am requesting for the completion of my order to have the [redacted] shipped to the same address as the other items within the order by and no later than March 31, 2015. No later.

Review: I place an order for a wake board tower, speakers, and a bimini cover on 5/27/14. Despite their website claiming the products were ready to ship, I did not receive the first part of my order until July. Furthermore, I have still not received the last part of my order which was supposed to be shipped around September 15, 2014. Multiple phone calls have only yielded inaccurate shipping information and promises to ship that have never been met. It is apparent that this company does not value their customers most likely due to the large amount of orders that they receive. Inaccurate advertising and non-delivery of products that have been paid for for over 6 months is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: At this point, I am stuck with the products as they have already been mostly installed on the boat. I just want the remainder of my order and to be done with this company. Order number is: [redacted].

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. The issue was resolved but not in a timely manner nor on the accord of the company. It should be noted that this complaint is over 1 year old and not direct response regarding this complaint has ever been given until now.

Beware...I tried to order a Christmas gift from here (2015). I received an email with order confirmation that looked legit, but then when I didn't see anything else for awhile, I reached out to them. They told me the item was back ordered. The next day my credit card had fraud activity! I don't use this card for any online orders except for this order. Therefore, I was suspicious of the company. I emailed them and told them I no longer wanted the item and my card would no longer work. Now 1 week later, I see a charge from them went through on that day that all the other fraud occurred. I am now submitting a claim with credit card to get my funds back. This company charged my card and never sent the product, never responded to my email, so frustrated. Do not buy anything from Aerial Wakeboarding Products.
