they came out with the parts for the sofa now the chair is doing the same thing and they said it is after the warranty so they will not fix it even though I bought the extended warrantyI paid for this set and it is falling a part this is custom furniture that they advertisethey sold me the extended warranty saying it would cover the fabric the fabric is pulling away from the frameso they said they will not fix it

We did reorder and the company shipped the furniture in the wrong color. We did loan the customer a couple pieces of furniture while waiting for the correct furniture to arrive....

The furniture is shipping today and we expect the furniture to arrive within the next 7-10 days, and we will be pushing for even sooner. Once it arrives, we can deliver within 1 day. We will also be issuing a discount for his trouble which will be credited back to his card.

That's ridiculous...  Now it's going to take several more months to order more parts I'm assuming.  When they obviously were just looking for a sale and didn't care about the customer.  All I want is my money back...  I am done...   What has to be done to get my money back and get this recliner out of my house?  Please....

Delivery can be anywhere from 4-16 weeks, 90 % of the time is it within the 6-8 week time frame. There are times when the manufacturer runs late and it is beyond our control. There are...

several factors that can affect the manufacturer that we cannot control We did receive the order in at 10 weeks. It was received on the 18th and we did deliver it the very next day on the 19th. The couch is fully warrantied and the customer does have deferred interest, no interest for 12 months which began when the couch was delivered, not when the couch was ordered. The first payment is what they received a notice for as there are minimum monthly payments that must be made.

Spoke with Sandy 9/26 she said Larry will call me and I received no call from him. Spoke with Sandy 9/27 to speak with Larry and I am still waiting. This is not an acceptable refund and is insulting they think it is. The furniture mark up is massive and I understand it is a tough industry but the fact he is still trying to make a significant profit off of me is ridiculous. I have been trying to speak to Larry now because I am told he is the only one that can discuss refunding money. I would like wholesale price for the couch. York went beyond their word of mouth by 12 weeks and even went beyond their bogus contract. This has been simple bait and switch, deception, and unfair business.

Although a repair was made to the chair, it was not the repair we were told it would be.  We were told by Tony at York he would order a new seat from [redacted] to make the repair.  I called numerous times to check on the status of the new seat being ordered and no one would call me back.  This went on for 6 weeks. Then we file a report to Revdex.com and suddenly York is willing to talk to me.  The repairman showed up with a spring only, no seat.  Yes, the repair order was signed by me so the repairman could submit for his billing.  But bottom line is the repair was not completed the way we were told it would be.  I am not satisfied with the repair or York's customer service.
