Still waiting for my order or a refund
It's been almost a month since I placed my order, I went to the post office to get information about it and they say most likely it got lost, They said Aerosoles pays cheap shipping with no return so if it gets lost, it gets lost. I keep sending messages to them with no response, they don't answer the phone either, only a recorder answers, I really wish to get my money back but there is no one to reach out to, I will never buy from them again

Customer states that when placing an order using a merchandise credit she received an error message and the order didn't complete however the merchandise credit funds were deductedAt this time it is confirmed that a credit of $is on merchandise credit # [redacted]

Order was placed for the Real Fact boot and unfortunately was sold outAt this time we do not have the boot in stock due to its popularityWe do have the boot but in a onlyAt this time this was discussed with the customer and furthermore a full refund was providedWe did advise and offer the customer an addition 20% off a future order due to the issue

in order to satisfy the customer we mailed a corporate check in the amount of $UPS tracking number [redacted] send on 10/16/

The complaint in question was in reference to removal of the customer name from our database for catalog delivery to which she did not subscribeMs [redacted] did provide her information including her email address on an order (# [redacted] ) which is dated 7/3/At this time I have confirmed removed of both email and address from the databaseAt this time as catalogs are preprinted the customer may received one or two more catalogs however all will stop

This is not wire fraudThere was a stop payment made on check that was passed at our retail storeTelecheck (our check vendor) honored the check at the store however they do still require the funds from the customerThis request would need to be discussed with Telecheck

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever, I would like to emphasize that I provided my email address to Aerosoles in order to receive a receipt for my online purchase and provided my mailing address so that the order could be shipped to me; neither of those addresses were provided for the mailing list and I did not check an "opt-in" box.Secondly, two Aerosoles representatives provided the same response in November and February (that my address would be removed and will take effect after the preprinted catalogs mail) that I am receiving from the company via Revdex.com in May 2017, and neither of the previous responses were legitimateI will submit another complaint if I receive Aerosoles mailers after August

In reference to the return policy this is located on our website and here (***)The customer purchased the shoes October 23,and returned the shoes December 17, 2015, weeks laterCustomer was charged $to her *** and a
merchandise credit was issued upon return for $122.50, merchandise credits do not expire and can be used at any future date

Customer did return merchandise back to us, however do to the time lapse in between the original purchase and the return date, the refund did not post to the customer's credit cardWe have re-issued the refund on May 20th 2015, and have confirmed with the customer that she has received the refund

Customer was not in receipt of her refund for shoes returned. Spoke with the customer and confirmed the shoes were received. Credit issue to Visa in the amount of $63.78. Customer satisfied with the outcome.

eligible for free shipping should the order be $75 or higher, the total on the order was $51.76 which is why the $7.50 was charged as it did fall below the amount to take advantage of the promotion. *The Aerosoles merchandise return policy is outlined on our website for customer review. Outlined there are the options available for return of merchandise, from the document the customer chose option B, which is to return the merchandise on her own. In regards to the delay in return processing, outlined on the page as well (Step 2) in bold which does reference to allow 14 days for the return.
