L&L Systems, Inc. - don’t follow through
Got a flyer for water testing and would be guaranteed a prize. Did water test. Rep said he never carries the prizes... called office they said they would mail the voucher for travel. A week later never received so called again. She assured me she would put in mail. Never received. How can I trust your products and company if you don’t follow through? 303-232-8966 is their number. Based in Lakewood co. Used the rewards as a ploy to get us to schedule.

I got an amazing deal on a refurbished vacuum (because my *** broke down after only years use )I took it home and had some intermittent trouble with the wireing about a week laterI took the unit in and days later they had replaced the wiring and installed a new power cable drumAll for free and no questions askedNow that's what I call great serviceThese guys know their products, and quite frankly I think *** (crazily overpriced and expensive to upkeep) could learn a thing or two about reasonably priced products from ***The service that their dealer provide is outstanding and appreciated

8/27/and sent a call tag on 8/29/to have the unit picked up and returned to us for repairWhen I talked with *** I told her we were paying all the expenses for this*** was satisfied with my efforts and actions to resolve this issueWe are committed to taking care of all of our customers

But I also have concerns on how they conducted Business with the phone call I made the other week and there was Cursing on the Other end of the line They gave me a hard time accusing me of lying when I went to pick up the replacement unit

would be satisfied. Isent her a check for $1200.00 and she cashed it on 9/20/2016. I have enclosed a copy of the check that she cashed. This case should be closed upon the agreement of the refund check that was issued to her.

I was contacted this morning by [redacted] with BPI.  It seems as though he has experienced some significant health problems which led to him...

falling behind with his work and being unable to return my messages.  He indicated that he has two more surgeries coming up in the next couple of weeks and will then be able to take on my project by the end of this month.
 
I am willing to give [redacted] the benefit of the doubt that my project will be completed as agreed.

This complaint is now resolved satisfactorily.  Thank you for the assistance.

We had J[redacted] and his group insulate and seal our house as he was one of two recommended by an independent party. He seemed to know the business, but a couple days after leaving the job site, I noticed a whole wall that was not spray foamed. I now consider myself lucky that I got him to come back and finish the job. Months later during a thunderstorm, water began pouring out of one of our newly installed bathroom exhaust fans that he put in. I went up on the 2 story roof to find the exhaust vent installed ON TOP of the upper shingles and with only one nail. Our ceiling was damaged by the water. I had left numerous messages on [redacted] phone without ever hearing back from him. One day I even found him working in the neighborhood and told him of the problems. He seemed concerned and said he'd be right over. Never saw him since. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON.

We paid BPI Environment and Insulation $4950 to insulate our attic. The business did not show up for our scheduled appointment and after two weeks has still not answered our phone calls or called us back! BPI Environment took our money and ran! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND CAUTION ANYONE WHO CONTACTS THEM.

April 8, 2015Dear [redacted]:Thank for your letter dated Friday April 03, 2015 regarding the above ID#.We want to report that we received a replacement unit for this customer on Friday April 3, 2015.The customer has been notified...

that her replacement unit is here, and she said she would pick it up Thursday 4/9/15.Although customer was correct that we had received her defective unit for warranty repair in January. We had to wait for replacement unit to be sent to our location directly from Aerus [redacted] main office.It should also be recorded that this customer did not purchase the heater from our location. And, in fact, was sent to us for service by the dealer who originally sold her the unit, even though we are a considerable distance from her home.We value our long history of outstanding customer service.
