HOW CAN SOMEONE LIKE ME COMPLAIN THESE HONEST PEOPLE...they are unbeatably successful...
Well,the move is done,the boxes are unpacked - for the most part anyway - and I can finally find a second to sit down and write a review about our experience with AFC Intl.First let me start of by saying we have never heard of them before.We actually found them through internet search.That said,we decided to give them a call(among a few others) and the quote they gave us was rather competitive.That combined with the fact that they were very friendly over the phone and took the time to explain all their processes and fees' composition(convincing us that there would never be a hidden charge et cetera) - This phone conversation was the central reason we proceeded with them and I got to say,I am glad we did.They came in and did a great job handling all of our belongings.We had packed most of our personal stuff but they took extra care when actually getting things ready to be shipped,ensure all was secure,snug and well protected.They had all their own moving gear,blankets etc ensuring a smooth and successful move.Then during the actual move,we were kept uptodate on the whereabouts of our goods,which was a relief to us because I worry about those things a bit.And finally when everything arrived(on time by the way) they were (I mean their agent in Nantes France) great about unloading everything,putting boxes in each corresponding room,furniture etc.And they have even followed up a few days later to make sure we were totally satisfied.All of this to me means,they are a good moving company,from our experience they are totally transparent and honest and I never have a problem with recommending them to whomever asks.

NO COMPLAINTS - BUT APPRECIATIONS TO THESE FOLKS DEFINITELY

FANTASTIC and AFFORDABLE - This is the second time we are using this company and great experience with them.They were untellably industrious when packing/wrapping and cute folks.They have used first class pack/wrap materials and in fact my neighbors moved to Limerick Ireland almost six months ago and the movers they hired at the time have been using second hand packing materials and we have worried whether these folks would do the same despite our pre-alert.No,we are pleased all was to our satisfaction.Everything whatever they did these AFC Intl people proved that they are pretty experienced in their field.We have been made ready by them for the import and export documents days earlier.They appeared not to be leaving anything uncontrolled and made sure in every stage of this move that all was kept at bay.We thanked to them that day and today again.They are worth the money they earn.

Nachdem die Angebote der verschiedenen Umzugsunternehmen extrem unterschiedlich ausfielen,habe ich mich mehr Bauchgefuehl aufgrund der sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter fuer die Firma AFC International entschieden.Diese lag preislich im Mittelfeld und somit um einiges guenstiger als so mancher Mitanbieter.Ausserdem bot sie als Einzige,die Moeglichkeit der Einlagerung direkt im gepackten container.(also ohne,mit weiterem Schadenrisiko verbundenem umpacken auf eine Lagerflaeche) Wir haben die Kisten puenktlich geliefert bekommen,drei maenner haben einen Tag Kisten gepackt und den Sperrmuell runtergetragen.Am Einlagerungstag kamen sechs motivierte und freundliche Jungs und haben selbststaendig,ordentlich und schadensfrei unsere zum Teil sehr schweren Moebel gepackt und mich als nervoes Kunde beruhigt.Nun war ich gespannt...dass lief so unfassbar reibungslos..sollte die grosse Enttaeuschung beim ausladen kommen - Nein..sorry,gibt nix zu meckern.Obwohl nur zu viert diesmal,haben sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter einen super Job gemacht.Herzlichen dank.Wir sind in den letzten Jahren sehr haeufig umgezogen und durften leider,auch zu hoeheren Preisen,bisher nicht so gute Erfahrungen machen.Wir haben Izmir Turkei letzte Maerz umgezogen zu Stuttgart Deutschland.Auch die Zusage zur Uebernahme der Kosten fuer die Reparatur einigen Macken im parkettt kam promt und ohne Probleme.Fazit-Ich bin froh ueber meine "Bauchentscheidung" und kann die firma AFC Internationale wirklich nur empfehlen.

Herseyi soz verdikleri gibi yaptilar.Paketleme islemi devam ederken diger yandan kamyona yukleme islemine gecildi.Adeta ari gibi calisiyorlardi.Baslarinda bu iste son derece tecrubeli oldugu belli olan yaslica biri vardi - AFC ekibi bildirdikleri sekilde sabah 09:00'da adresimize geldiler,cok caliskan,isini bilen genc bir ekipti.Gunlerdir bu tasinma meselesinin stresiyle yasarken,bizi inanilmaz derecede rahatlattilar...Paketlemenin ortalarina gelindikten sonraki bolumde kamyonda geldi,biryandan paketleme islemi devam ederken diger yandan da kamyona yukleme islemini baslattilar...Bu arada devamli olarak merkez ofisleriyle iletisim halindeydiler...tek kelimeyle muthislerdi...Ankara'dan Isvicre'nin Zurih kentine olan bu tasinmamizda bizi bastan sona kadar cok mutlu ettiler,kendilerini bu bilincli ve hassas calismalarindan oturu kutluyoruz...Tek kelimeyle muthislerdi tekrar ediyorum...

No complaints all.And most importantly I have hired this company against all odds.Reading some bizarre complaints never impacted me since I know that those complaints,even if they are of a bit reality,represent those folks who have directed them.It is their views only and I also know that they might be an unfair mudslinging campaign against this hard working and honest company of AFC Intl...Besides what I really cannot grasp is its rather easy to insert this kind of complaints on these public places and these public platforms broadcast the mudslingings as pure complaintsm without even having an idea whether they are fake or genuine.
LONG STORY SHORT this mover was enormously efficient from A to Z of our move from South Eastern Turkey to Reading UK...Down to earth,unflinchingly reliable young people who knew what they did in every step of our move...Definitely we are recommending them to everyone at anytime...Use these folks and look for any other alternative...
