No complaints at all but these guys deserve credit definitely.
Moving processes may be outrageously overwhelming. Besides preparing to move, You have to juggle with time in your daily life and much more. None could help me that weekend,so I decided to hire a moving company. Hiring someone is not an easy task either.Although having read the herebelow hogwash under the name of complaints,I decided to employ AFC Intl. I was in a hurry so I called them right away to get started.They put me at ease with their great customer service.Assured me that the move would go smoothly and they would take care of my things as if it belongs to them personally. They had quoted me a great move rate too.
On moving day,they were very professional and organized. I definitely felt at ease with their help and I was glad everything was moved in a matter of six hours. The movers left my place spotless and got everything done in a timely manner. I couldn't be more happier with the service received. I would recommend to anyone.Therefore herebelow complaints are superficial,shallow and lopsided.AFC Intl movers are great @

Your search is done ...Hire this company,lose no time.Professional,thorough and respectful movers.Martin and his team made the move so much less stressful for us.They were on time,handled our move internationally two times.The first one from Agadir Morocco to Istanbul Turkey and the second time from Istanbul Turkey to Benghazi Libya.All from the ever getgo was fabulous until in-house delivery in Benghazi along with the support of their Libyan agent.They have completed the move within a reasonable amount of time and as bonus they were extremely nice and polite,cheerful the whole time.They liked their job otherwise they couldnt be this much productive.Just amazing...would recommend them to anyone trying to move overseas.

We moved from Fethiye Turkey to Glasgow Scotland.AFC Intl sent out five young men to pack and load the container.These hard working polite folks took great precautions to move and protect our belongings.They were pretty helpful and knowledgeable about how to move us.They made sure everything was well protected including through all door ways.We had some large and heavy furnitures and they handled it with kid gloves.Not a scratch on anything.We couldnt have asked for a better experience.Great job Martin,great job AFC ...

I had the opportunity to see these folks in action ! Was visiting a friend and helping them move.I have moved myself in two previous occasions and the last move was from Stuttgart Germany to Cottonwood Arizona and I can say AFC crew was much better than the ones I had hired in the past.Very professional and took care of everything perfectly.I know my friend was also impressed and would recommend to others.Understandably the service was reasonably priced and we are still talking about this exceptional service.

I used Martin AFC International Movers to export my goods from Turkey back to our home country beautiful New Zealand.Martin was most trustworthy and the goods arrived in the 20ft container in perfect condition. I'm not sure where you are shipping from but if its Turkey be careful.We were lucky to find Martin.He kept us up to date with the container movements and we had not problems once the container arrived at the port of Wellington.

Efficient,professional.Each crewmember played a central role in securing a smooth and seamless process.The team was properly prepared and equipped for our business.Every piece of furniture was handled with kid gloves and stowed in the container for our move from Crete island Greece to Brugges Belgium.With the least export and import paperwork,

Ich konnte mir nach langer Zeit endlich den Wunsch erfüllen, wieder von Istanbul nach München zu ziehen. Näher an meiner Freundin und der Familie dran, darauf habe ich lange gewartet. Daher sollte es so schnell wie möglich gehen und für mich wäre es einfach ein Kraftakt mit mehreren Fahrten gewesen, wenn ich mich alleine um den Umzug gekümmert hätte. Dank AFC International umzug musste ich mir darum keine Gedanken mehr machen, da mir hier zu einem sehr akzeptablen Preis die Sucharbeit etc. abgenommen wurde. Als alles geklärt war und der Tag kam, war meine alte Wohnung schneller leer als ich es jemals hätte bewerkstelligen können. Alleine dafür hat sich die Investition schon gelohnt. Der Transporter rollte gen Süden und kam auch recht schnell bei der Wohnung in München an, ich war vorher schon vor Ort. Ich hab den Helfern noch die Plätze für die Möbel gezeigt und dann war auch schon alles erledigt. Mich hat es überrascht, wie gut das Ganze geklappt hat, das Angebot von Martin AFC International umzug kann ich empfehlen!

As a follow up to my previous review, here is an email from the Hungarian partner to AFC about their conduct, so no matter what Martin of AFC says, he cannot argue with this. This company is SantFeRelo, who have been extremely helpful, caring and professional.

Hi Martin,
Let’s keep all the parties in copy, so we can play with open cards.
The very reason why you still have someone to ask to hold the shipment back, is that you promised me to send the approval right after our conversation over the phone on the 12th of October 2017 (while we have been forced by the Turkish trucker to advise an unloading place aswell). Should we have known before – while the possibility seemed very big -, that we would have to hold the shipment back for a long time and store the shipment at our warehouse until unpredictable times – for free -, we would have just simply stepped out from this case, and now you would be ended up with searching for a warehouse and destination service provider. We have always wanted to avoid this situation and I clearly stated this in that mail on the 12th of October 2017. In a nutshell, you tricked us aswell. We could have just simply stepped out from this case, as all the open invoices that were made for service we COULD provide, were paid, but we didn’t as Santa Fe’s motto is to not let anyone down/behind.
As you can see, clients had the attitude to pay invoices – they paid taxes, duties (thanks to your fault), and our destination service aswell. So client showed an act of good will, while you have been keep blaming client for everything. True that mistakes happen, but then also responsibility should be taken. This is how our company works aswell. If we do something wrong, we take the responsibility, do apologise and try to do the best to not let the move leave a bad taste in client’s mouth in the end. This is how good reputation is getting obtained and this is how our company have become a well known and trusted entity.
We have been informed, that your invoice has been halfly paid already. Now if you deducted our destination service price – which was part of that invoice – and also the duties and taxes that client had to pay due to your mistake and therefore should have been absorbed by your company again, I think you would end up with 0 to collect from the clients.
As you can see, we are not charging anything to anybody for storage – despite the fact that this whole situation hasn’t been caused by us -, while this should have been collected from you or client, you can clearly see that we have also made sacrifices – FOR NO REASON. Let this shipment go and end this nightmare once and for all. Take responsibility and do your sacrifices aswell – truck’s waiting time doesn’t count as you have sent the shipment without proper documents and pre-alert, hence the waiting time occured. This is where professionalism starts.

I am not even going to give this company one star, but I did not have a choice as it won't let you post without one. Like all the rest of the reviews suggest, do not use this company. So far it has cost us nearly double of what was quoted and the consignment has still not been released. They keep asking for more money for mistakes they made with the documentation. Because they have no idea about the different country regulations, there were delays, the cost of which they pass on to you and will not release your goods until you have paid it. Even though we had email confirmation from AFC there would be no taxes or additional costs, there was. AFC says that is because we did not provide a certain document, but the fact is we were not told to provide that document until we and the consignment had left Turkey and by then it was too late. They hold you to ransom and I know a pensioner couple who are now living in a cold house in hungry with no belongings whats so ever, lying on the floor with nothing to cook with, any clothes, nothing and at this time of year!. The parther company they use in Hungary themselves partition the blame directly on AFC. Martin is unprofessional, unethical and a bad reflection on the Turkish people, his name is not even Martin, his name is Andre E Nofal and you have to ask yourselves why he uses an alias. Just do demonstrate his total lack of humanity or professionalism, this is a comment from him regarding my antique pool table, I had shipped over from the USA, which I wanted transported to Hungary, as it cost a great deal of money "Peter – you are incredulous with your pool table". AFC were aware of our move for over 2 years as Martin kept pestering me about using them, I mentioned my pool table from the very start and requested confirmation they could handle it, as it was very expensive. However, a day before the packers arrived I received an email stating that they can only find someone to dismantle it but it would cost 3000 euros and they would not accept that, so he just abandoned it and did not respond to any calls or emails regarding it. I even provided him with a contact to call who would dismantle the table, but he did not even contact him. In the end I had to do it myself. The packers were a bunch of kids with my old gardener in charge who just threw items into boxes without even packing them properly. I had to get the whole lot repacked which I overlooked myself as I could not trust them any longer. They packed items and boxes that I gave instructions not to and I had to go over the whole consignment multiple times. They placed all my dinner service plates in one piece of paper without any padding what so ever between the plates and glasses and left them loosely in a box. I complained to AFC who said they would sort it and get it replaced so I had to travel back to Turkey from Hungary to over see that as well. In in all it has cost us all a fortune. Do not believe anything Andre / Martin says. We are reporting them to the police in the hope they can assist us as I am of the opinion that all of the so called offices they mention on the website and fake as no-one every answers and mostly it just goes to an automated answer system. However being in Hungary its not going to be easy but I will not let them get away with what they did to us. PLEASE PLEASE KEEP AWAY. I am sure Martin / Andre will try his normal trick of trying to explain matters but please email me directly and I will provide all the necessary emails back and forth that supports our version of events and you will see for yourselves. I ran my own international business for 10 years in over 85 countries and I have never encountered a company like this is my life. [email protected]

I had instructed an international moving and paid cash in advance.. But Afc freight doesn't pay the companies in Germany which make the moving despite comissioning.

I have write more than ten times to pay germany company but they never asked.
