I would recommend AFC Home Club to anyone looking for a home warranty and/or for those who had a company in the past that didn't work out. AFC promised and continues to deliver. For example, my AC went out at the worst possible time as I was having relatives for the weekend. Not only did they send out a great technician who resolved the problem shortly after arrival, my family never even knew we ever had a problem with the air as the function went on as planned. I have never had a home warranty before. I can honestly say I was very impressed. From the first call to AFC to my washing machine being fixed it was easy and no drama! One phone call and the rest is history. I am very happy with the service and the results. Thank you AFC. I will absolutely recommend you to my friends.

AFC Home Club is a horrible company. I paid over $500.00 for our home warranty. In September 2015 I called with a broken dryer. Service representative recommended that since my dryer is over 10 years old to accept the $150.00 towards a new dryer. I purchased my new dryer and sent AFC my paid receipt. They received it and I was informed via phone and email it takes 4-6 weeks to receive my check. In November I called numerous times inquiring about my refund and no one would respond to my calls or messages. I finally spoke to customer service and the representative said my check was sitting on her desk and was being mailed on Friday. It's now December and I still don't have the promised $150 check. I called numerous times and once again I was passed around on the phone line, I left messages and no one returned my calls. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

I have six rental properties covered with AFC Home Warranties. When I have a service person I like to use, (such as for HVAC,) AFC lets me dispatch the tech of my choice. When I haven't had a choice of a specific service provider, the ones they sent have been very satisfactory. I have found them to be timely, reasonable to deal with, concerned for my satisfaction, and anxious to please. The only negative I would mention is that they don't rush to call back if you leave a message. I haven't had to do that very often; usually someone answers the phone immediately if it is during business hours. If it isn't, I leave a message and call again the next morning to follow up.

After I called to repair my washing mashine I was contacted back shortly. Engineers came by identified the problem ,ordered and replaced the part. Thanks you for your quick support

Had a wonderful and informative conversation from customer service rep, Carla, from the claims department. AFC Home Club makes it easy to file a claim.

AFC would not send out a repairman when I called about leakage from my air conditioner. She claimed it sounded like a clogged condensation line and it would not be covered as I had not had maintenance done recently. And that it would cost the same $60.00 to call out a repairman as it would to have it unclogged. It ended up being a leaking evaporation coil and it cost me $1,205.00 to repair, NOT a plugged condenser line. How someone can diagnose the problem over the phone and refuse to even send out a repairman I do not understand. That is very bad business practice.

I am extremely happy with AFC Home Club's service so far. I have had a home club plan with them for 6 months now and with the 2 service requests I have put in, they have been kind, quick and helpful in getting my problem resolved ASAP. First my hot water heater and then my furnace. I am so very happy I decided on a Gold plan with them.

I got a very competitive quote on 3yr home warranty from AFC and I took it. But for some other reasons I decided not to have it and as there is 30 day waiting period , I called on 29th day and asked to cancel.

Now they asked me to send written notice to cancel and I had to send overnight ship request so that thy recieve on before 30 day notice otherwise I need to pay cancellation and first month. They are very much particular for getting notice. Agreed and ok.

Now, they are telling that it will take 4-6 WEEKS to get my refund. No where I heard this much of time to hold money. This is not Mail In Rebate.. I cancelled the server as I had some money issues but now they are holding $1145 of my money. Disputed with credit card company. I think I got saved as we never know how this company help us if the time comes to use insurance benefits.

Awful, awful, awful. I so wished I had done more research on this company. I purchased a home warranty to cover the "just in case" stuff when my husband is gone. I had the the coverage for a few months, when my downstairs AC unit had stopped working. The service claim people turned down my request almost immediately due to a completely different issue with my upstairs unit and what they determined to be a "freon leak", and a "pre-existing" issue. My husband came home from training and had the downstairs unit fixed in 30 minutes. Turned out it was a simple fix, completely not related to the upstairs unit or any issues with freon. They wouldn't even cover someone coming out to check it, which is why I got the warranty program in the first place. When I decided to cancel after having the coverage after 3 months 5 days exactly (the first 30 days are unusable) I was told I will pay for a full 4 months of coverage plus a 50$ cancel fee. Awful!

After issues with a previous home warranty I switched to AFC and I'm thrilled with the service. The agents are always helpful and communication is excellent. So far 2 calls this last couple of weeks and both handled efficiently with repairs done on time .

I am not one to normally write reviews. I am a simple person who just wants to get what they pay for and I believe in Karma. I needed to tell other about this company so they too can experience what it is like to have someone stand up to their word, which is not normal these days. I called AFC about 2pm when it got real hot here about a week ago. My house was 79 degrees and my pregnant wife was about to have a fit. They had the tech at my door within 3 hours, be it this was a heat wave and he was still there that day! He was working on the unit for about 2 hours and it ended up needed quite the repair, when all was said and done what was asked of me? NOTHING ALL I PAID WAS $60.00 deductible and he was on his way. I couldn't believe how simple it really was. (Guess I am a skeptic.) I would highly recommend them to anyone I know, my house has been cool since.
