I have already signed the cancelation form and it was faxed to them and emailed. They called me and and confirmed receiving it and they have done nothing. The details are in the complaint.

Customer will need to sign a cancellation form. Once we receive the cancellation form back from customer we will process the cancellation and send the full refund to [redacted].  Customer can contact [redacted], who processes the cancellations directly at [redacted] ext [redacted], he can...

answer any questions they might have.  We will forward the form to customer to fill out, sign and return to [redacted] at [redacted] or fax to [redacted].

was told to make that review AT the dealership DURING the sales
process. I have never even heard of that website until they showed me. I
made the review ON [redacted]'s computer BEFORE the sale was over. I
even have the email confirmation from that website for the review that
is TIME STAMPED DURING the sale. I would be more than happy to provide
proof. As for the extended warranty and maintenance plan, yes,
the price was clearly outlined to me. That is not in dispute. What is in
dispute is that I was told specifically that this was "x-plan" pricing
for the warranty and maintenance plan and that once I left the office I
could not get the warranty. This came straight from the finance guy.
Well, I found out that is not true. There is no such thing as "x-plan"
pricing for the maintenance or extended warranty AND I found out that I
was free to purchase an extended warranty and maintenance plan after the
sale from Ford directly or any dealership of my choosing. And
yes, you are correct that I reviewed the Ford supplied survey at five
stars. Why? Well, because A) I fell for [redacted]'s sad story that even if
the question makes it sound like it is about the dealership in general
that it is grading [redacted] and how he really needed 5 stars and that B) I
am inexperienced in car buying and I felt pressured.

According to the records, the customer had  exceeded the mileage on the warranty back in March, there was no value to pro-rate at that time.

After sending the payoff to [redacted] we were informed by customer that they were receiving phone calls.  We contacted [redacted] who informed us that they would not process payoff and close the account without an odometer disclosure statement.  We faxed it over to the fax provided by [redacted]....

 We then found out that the account was still not closed, we contacted them again and they provided another fax which we sent the statement to.  At that time [redacted] processed and closed the account.  Only [redacted] can remove a late that they put on consumers credit bureaus. We can request that they remove it.  Our business office will provide a letter requesting that they do so.

All requests for cancellation of extended service contracts purchased need to have a signed cancellation form.  Ford Motor Company only allows a full refund within 30 days of purchase and will prorate based on time, miles and usage of the contracts after the first 30 days.  Customer can...

We looked into claim that consumer had to fill out an online review the date of purchase but could not verify any reviews on or around the date of purchase.  Customer did return a survey to Ford Motor Company with Excellent marks all the way through and positive comments regarding salesman on May 14, 2015.
All pricing is disclosed on purchase agreement as well as the Extended Service Plan terms and agreement.

Customer came in on 8/19/2016 and was taken care of. We gave her back her trade and discounted the new car.

We received the signed cancellation form today 3/23/16 and will proceed with the cancellation and sending a check to [redacted] for the full refund.

The vice president/co owner and the customer relations [redacted]. worked out a special deal to put the customer into a new vehicle and gave her all the numbers and we are waiting to hear back from her.

Dear Revdex.com, are you robots? Does anybody there read the complaints? Clearly I have already done what they have asked and I still have not received a refund! They keep saying the same thing and they keep promising a refund but they don't do it! I have stated that they have confirmed receipt of the cancelation request in writing so obviosly they don't take this or you seriously. Why would you keep sending me mindless responses? Please read the complaint and their response before sending me back what is clearly meant to be an insult! Ken Grody clearly does not value their customers and has no intention of refunding my money! What does the Revdex.com do anyway because you are a waste of time.

Yes, you are not repeating yourself. You already said that. That was not in dispute. You said there was no such review and I provided a link to such review. I also said I have evidence (gmail time stamps) that proves the review was done BEFORE the sale. Also, I am sure the actual review company can figure out the review came from your IP address. However, you must have skipped over that whole part when you just repeated yourself on the other issue.Fact: I was pressured into an online review BEFORE the sale was over and I have proof.
