Affiliate Income, Inc. Reviews (27)

Thank you for allowing me to respond to this complaint. Contrary to Ms***'s allegations, Affiliate Income, Incis not ignoring or refusing to honor its cancellation policies. Ms*** contacted Affiliate Income just yesterday to request the refund. As of today the company is in
the process of fulfilling that request. I believe this resolves Ms***'s concerns. Had she waited the due course, she would have still received her refund without needing to file a complaint
Thank you,

I attended a seminar on June 13thMy name is Ms*** ***The irony is that I had my son make multiple attempts to request a refund prior to formalizing a complaintYour "worker" (***) as he indentified himself actually denied the request, placed my son on hold, and then hung up on himIt was obvious that a resolution was not going to be found through professional and amicable termsThis is the only reason a third party was involvedHow will the refund be issued?

Thank you for allowing me to respond to Ms***'s complaint When Ms*** signed up for the monthly subscription with MrMorrison's Traffic w/ Anthony website, she agreed to the monthly charges In fact Ms*** was forced to acknowledge the charges prior to being able to
submit payment information for the services The amount of the monthly charges are clearly and conspicuously disclosed at the point of purchase so that every customer is well informed as to the cost of the subscription MrMorrison does not send out receipts for the monthly service charges, as is disclosed at the time of purchase The company will cancel Ms***'s subscription and cease attempting to collect any additional money.
Thank you

Again, OS attempted several times to assist with the scheduling of attendance She missed the course she paid for Now three years later she wants a refund the company has been out of business for over two years Her statement against Mr*** is defamatory Its true clients who purchased his and other services will complain from time to time All companies have complaints OS is no different I don't know a single company, defunct or otherwise, which would refund a purchase made over three (3) years ago, when every attempt was made to satisfy the contract, and the client attempted tor rescind after the cancellation period The truth of the matter is the company is out of business and has been for quite some time But defaming Mr*** or calling someone a scam does not make it a reason or justification for someone to issue a refund when one is not entitled

Thank you for allowing me to respond to this complaint. The information provided by Mr*** does not add up. In his complaint he claims he was defrauded into making a purchase with Affiliate Income, Inc. As support of this claim he states that the purchase was really in his
deceased son's name. Our records show we have conversed with Mr***. In an attempt to already resolve this matter, Affiliate Income offered $***. Affiliate Income did this as a settlement of the issue. Now Mr*** comes to the Revdex.com attempting to obtain more from Affiliate Income. I believe Affiliate Income had already come to a fair resolution to this matter. The most I would be willing to authorize to settle this matter is $***. If after already accepting an offer of settlement and if he rejects this offer, Affiliate Income would rather arbitrate the issue
Thanks,

Thank you for allowing me to respond to this complaint The statements in the complaint are completely wrong Mr*** made three service requests, all of which were immediately answered by Mr***'s staff See attached screenshot Mr*** explained
to the client that the standard products and services are a good base line service, but additional service could expedite the process The truth of the matter is Mr*** did not use the services and now deisres his money back Mr*** has a clear refund policy which is located at

Thank you for allowing me to respond to Ms***'s complaint In January 2013, over three (3) years ago, Ms*** purchased access to a three (3) day training course in *** *** about how to market on the internet from a company called Online Strategies, LLC ("OS")
OS ceased operation in July At the time of her purchase, Ms*** was given until the end of the last day of training to cancel her purchase Now three (3) years later, she claims she did not attend the meetings and now wants a refund She, however, did not cancel within the time frame
On March 21, 2013, Ms*** called in stating she missed her schedule class and desiring to cancel OS informed her again of the rescission period and then made special arrangements for her to attend a second class Notwithstanding the efforts, OS went to scheduling her, Ms***, again missed the scheduled class In September 2013, Ms*** again requested a refund Given that OS had already provided opportunities to attend two classes, it denied the refund, but offered to allow her to attend another course Instead, Ms*** filed a chargeback request Over the past two years Ms*** has filed several chargebacks but has lost in each occasion
Unfortunately, Ms*** purchased access to an event which she missed Accomadations were made for her to attend, but she failed to appear At this point OS did everything in its power to fulfill her contract.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,

Thank you for allowing me to respond to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint.  In January 2013, over three (3) years ago, Ms. [redacted] purchased access to a three (3) day training course in [redacted] about how to market on the internet from a company called Online Strategies, LLC.  ("OS")....

OS ceased operation in July 2014.  At the time of her purchase, Ms. [redacted] was given until the end of the last day of training to cancel her purchase.  Now three (3) years later, she claims she did not attend the meetings and now wants a refund.  She, however, did not cancel within the time frame.   On March 21, 2013, Ms. [redacted] called in stating she missed her schedule class and desiring to cancel.  OS informed her again of the rescission period and then made special arrangements for her to attend a second class.  Notwithstanding the efforts, OS went to scheduling her, Ms. [redacted], again missed the scheduled class.  In September 2013, Ms. [redacted] again requested a refund.  Given that OS had already provided opportunities to attend two classes, it denied the refund, but offered to allow her to attend another course.  Instead, Ms. [redacted] filed a chargeback request.  Over the past two years Ms. [redacted] has filed several chargebacks but has lost in each occasion.   Unfortunately, Ms. [redacted] purchased access to an event which she missed.  Accomadations were made for her to attend, but she failed to appear.  At this point OS did everything in its power to fulfill her contract.  Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you,[redacted]

Thank you for allowing me to respond to this complaint.  The statements in the complaint are completely wrong.  Mr. [redacted] made three service requests, all of which were immediately answered by Mr. [redacted]'s staff.  See attached screenshot.  Mr. [redacted] explained to the...

To Whom it May Concern,
After reviewing Mr. [redacted]'s information it is evident that he purchased everything offered to him.  None of the advertisements contain any misleading or inappropriate information.  Rather, Mr. [redacted] voluntarily purchased any and all services...

offered him.  To remedy this situation, I have requested a full refund from all purchases which the company was connected with.  Mr. [redacted] should expect this refund on his credit cards in the next few weeks.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I have proof that I contacted a representative via email (please see a few of the screenshots of emails I was able to retrieve) several times to cancel the account. Each time they told me to call a Customer Service department number, which I did, but they refused to refund my money every time and just offered to reschedule the class. I insisted I no longer wanted to attend to the class as I never had a chance to use the platforms since they seemed to be defunct or simply not working. Still, no answer from anybody until I wasn't able to get in contact with anybody anymore and continued to just get recorded messages on the phone number provided and inboxes filled with voicemails and not able to receive a call. Nobody. Ever. Answers. Just try calling the Customer Service number they provided in the email.
At this point, I just gave up, considering a $1,000 mistake. But after seeing new information on how [redacted] and his companies continue to commit fraud and steal people's money, I decided to move forward more aggressively and get my money back once and for all. I do not accept this this response and I want my money back.

Thank you for allowing me to respond to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint.  I am looking into the matter right now. In doing so I will request accounting immediately issue a full refund of all monies Ms. [redacted] paid.

To Whom it May Concern, I have reviewed the information and cannot find a purchase for [redacted].  If Ms. [redacted] would provide her purchase information we will review further. Thanks [redacted]

Thank you for allowing me to respond to Mr. [redacted]'s request.  Mr. [redacted] purchased access to Mr. [redacted]'s company's training materials.  He had access for a few months before he cancelled.  The company has a 60 day refund policy, and Mr. [redacted] did not request a...

refund within that time period.  Now several months after that period, Mr. [redacted] now requests a refund.  In addition to the 60 day refund policy, the company has ongoing online support and a live support desk.  We have checked the logs, and Mr. [redacted] did not utilize any of these services.  Since his request is outside of the 60 day period, his refund is denied.

Thank you for allowing me to respond to Mr. [redacted]' complaint.  At the time of purchase, Mr. [redacted] understood that a monthly charge would apply to gain access to the online material.  The company, however, desires satisfied clients, and therefore has refunded his purchase. Thank...

you,[redacted]

Affiliate Income has processed Ms. [redacted]'s refund.  From my records she filed a complaint with the Revdex.com a day after she called in to request rescission.  Not a lot of time for the company to respond.  I am not going to debate the factual accuracy of that statement.  Its just the information I have in front of me.  In any event, a dispute about that fact is moot, since the company has processed the refund.
Thank you,

Mr. [redacted], Signed up for a monthly subscription in March 2017.  The subscription clearly discloses he will be charged monthly until he cancels.  The Company has no record of Mr. [redacted] ever contacting the company to cancel.  In fact, this is the first communication the company...

has received from Mr. [redacted].  The company will cancel his subscription, but will not provide a refund, as the terms of its service were clearly outlined at the time he signed up for the subscription.   Thanks,[redacted]
