Thank you for allowing me to respond to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint.  First and foremost, the company did not steal Ms. [redacted]'s credit card information.  Rather on June 14, 2014, Ms. [redacted] attended a free ninety (90) minute live training event on marketing online.  At the event Ms. [redacted]...

had the option to purchase access to an additional three (3) day training.  The cost for this training is $[redacted].  At the time of her purchase Ms. [redacted] was given three (3) business days to cancel her transaction.  Ms. [redacted], did not contact the company within that time period.  Rather, now she is attempting to obtain her money via the Revdex.com.  The irony of the situation, is the Company would have issued a refund.   To resolve this situation the company will refund Ms. [redacted]'s purchase.  The refund should take a few day s to process but she should expect it within the next two weeks.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for allowing me to respond to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint.  Please note, that express permissions are required before any payment is received from a client.  In addition, the client has to expressly authorize the company to make any additional charges.  What has occurred in this...

instance is Mr. [redacted] acknowledged that he agreed to the terms, but now wants his money back.  The Company desires to satisfy its clients.  Mr. [redacted] is requesting $[redacted].  I will verify that amount with the company.  If it is correct, then the company will issue a full refund.

I am rejecting this response because: I have proof that I contacted a representative via email (please see a few of the screenshots of emails I was able to retrieve) several times to cancel the account. Each time they told me to call a Customer Service department number, which I did, but they refused to refund my money every time and just offered to reschedule the class. I insisted I no longer wanted to attend to the class as I never had a chance to use the platforms since they seemed to be defunct or simply not working. Still, no answer from anybody until I wasn't able to get in contact with anybody anymore and continued to just get recorded messages on the phone number provided and inboxes filled with voicemails and not able to receive a call. Nobody. Ever. Answers. Just try calling the Customer Service number they provided in the email.At this point, I just gave up, considering a $1,000 mistake. But after seeing new information on how [redacted] and his companies continue to commit fraud and steal people's money, I decided to move forward more aggressively and get my money back once and for all. I do not accept this this response and I want my money back.

I am rejecting this response because:
[redacted]'s comment is false regarding the date of my first email requesting refund. The Revdex.com has evidence of that email. I waited three full business days (24 hours longer than required) before filing this complaint. I quote his website which states: You can submit a refund request by emailing [email protected]. Once you have completed this process please allow 48 hours for our
customer support team to process your request. They will contact you to
confirm either your refund has been processed or ask for additional
details should they need any. You will be refunded via the method that you purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for refunds to appear in your account. Mr. Morrison and his customer support team have failed to provide me with excellent customer service, and that says a lot about his business ethics! Process my refund immediately and confirm via email when you have done so!

Thank you for allowing me to respond to Ms. [redacted]'s Complaint.  First, let me address Ms. [redacted]'s contention that the company has not addressed her concerns.  In November of this year, Ms. [redacted] reached out to the company and stated she wanted a refund.  As it stands, Ms....

[redacted] has purchased multiple products and services from the company.  As such, the company responded via email asking her to clarify which service she wanted refunded.  Ms. [redacted] did not respond to the company's emails to her.  Unfortunately, the Revdex.com's complaints went to my junk file, and I did not see this until today.  I have discussed the issue, and the company has issued a refund to Ms. [redacted].  The company believes this will address her concerns and this complaint should be closed.   Thank  you
