Flooding Basement
We used them in Feb 2026 and had a good experience so called them again in Sept 2026 for basically the same issue which was our basement was flooding from the drain by our furnace. However, this has thus far been a disaster. First the guy we spoke with in the evening did not give our message to their office staff so no one called us back the next day. We then called and they said they didn't get any message about our issue. We made an firm appointment on Friday, Sept 19th but then they rescheduled for Saturday the 20th which we were not happy about but managed. Adam came (he was the same technician we had in Feb 2026) and we thought the issue was fixed but today (Tuesday, Sept 30th) our basement is flooding from the same drain. My husband talked (argued) with both Melissa and Sue who are saying that Adam only scoped our drain and this is now a different issue which will cost an additional $300-$400. We are well within their 30 day warranty period and my husband told them that we basically just told Adam to "fix it" and did not tell him to only "scope it" or limit what needed to be done in any way as they are the experts. It's the same drain, the same problem, and Adam did roto-rooter it back in Feb 2026. They charged us the same $189 that they charged us back in Feb so what is different? Additionally, their add says they have emergency response yet Sue said that Adam was not available until later in the afternoon tomorrow. The conversation got heated so now they are refusing to send anyone. I called their office back and requested from both Sue and Melissa that the owner (Trevor H) call us. Stay tuned, we'll see if he does. Lastly, right now I would not even give them a 1 Star review but that was my only choice.

Our plumber did call the client as 7:45am, and did not get a confirmation that they were at the property until sometime later, that is why he showed up at a different time than originally scheduled. The client stated that we charged them for a new shower valve, and
received a replacement faucet insteadWe did install a new shower valve, possibly the client did not like the replacement that was installedWe had a limited amount of choices as this was an older model shower valve and we wanted to find an exact fit in order to not make any holes in the tile for the replacement shower valve. The client did not request that we pull a permit for these repairs until after the work was completedThe original scope of work had changed over time, the original work was more maintenance related than new constructionWe have since pulled the permit for the property (please see the attached permit that was sent to the client). The client stated that we had recommend that the washer box in the kitchen be updated, and that it would be a small area most likely hidden from the washer and dryerWe ended up with a foot by foot hole in the wall in order to bring the washer box up to current code. We requested the client pay a permit fee, as that was never discussed until the job was completedThe client refused to pay for the permitting/inspection fees. This house has many maintenance issues, as the client stated that her brother did not do much upkeep on the property over the past years. As a side note - This client and her daughter was very rude to every person she came into contact on our staff. Gratefully, the client did pay her invoice in full. We did a good job and a very fair priceWe do our best to satisfy all of our clients, unfortunately that is not always feasible. We have a plumbing inspection scheduled for Monday July 24th, at the clients request. Sincerely, *** ***

Customer was offered a full refund.? There was no contract or written agreement? initial quote is a quote only not a binding agreement, furthermore after discussing the fact that the job would require triple the time and resources I offered to complete the job after being paid a fair
compensation or offered a full refund.? this customer was rude and threatening.? customers check, which was not even in his name, was never cashed and will be returned by mail today.? huskylawncleaning refuses any future services to this customer on personal, ethical and safety grounds, if harassment by text or other means continues legal representation will acquired for this matter
