She has multiple leaks We made several NO CHARGE trips to work on her water meter and even unclogged her water softener at no charge She still had multiple leaks We are not issuing a refund

The customer called in January With the information we had there was no warranty under the name, address, and zip code that was furnished to us As such, we had to buy the parts- not exchanged them The customer may have had a parts warranty, but not a labor warranty Why didn't the customer call the furnace installer who supposedly would have the necessary info? It seems to me that their gripe would be with the furnace installer and not us! When we called to check on the warranty, we were told the name, address, and zipcode furnished to us did not have a valid warranty We are providing no refund

After talking with the plumber, he stated that the line was cleared, and running when he left there When the customer called back, he was told that there were service calls booked ahead of him and that the plumber would be out as soon as possible The customer did not want to wait Bottom line, we were there, the line was cleared and running, we are not issuing a refund

My mother was taken advantage of by Affordable ServicesShe was billed $to excavate and repair the water line that comes into her homeThe day after they said the repair was fixed I was at her home and still seen water (bubbling water) in her yardI told her to call them back and she didThey told her that it would cost her another $to dig and another week to get back out there. They were not nice to her on the phone at allThey actually hung up on her! When the *** Construction Company came out on July 29th, they repaired her water lineThis company told her that her yard was a mess from the previous company and that they pulled the waterline with such force that they stretched the water line (two to three feet away from the first leak) which caused another leak in her lineMy mother currently has another company to pay for the mistake that Affordable Services refused to fix without charging her another $800.00! I have pictures of her yard along with bills

*** has been a plumber for years. He made several trips out to this address. The first trip, she used a coupon for a discounted price, the 2nd trip there was no charge. Her clog is a main line clog. She continues to put things down the drain that should not
be. This line had been open for several days. This is a narrow drain line that needs to be cleaned out through the main line, which is a higher cost, that she did not want to pay. He did not and would not tell her or any customer to use any type of acid cleaning products.Furthermore, this company is not owned by an individual, she stated that she spoke "to the owner", it is owned by a Corporation. We do over 3,jobs per year. We have 1/of 1% of our customers who are unsatisfied. We try to please all, but we can not give her free service

Regards,
*** *** I answered when they called, The problem was three appointments were made and they never showed

We were standing by the first response: no refund

To begin with, there was feet of water in this customers house, not inches. The customer was informed that there would be a charge of $to pump out the area, which we feel is a very fair price, as our competitors charge $for this service. He did not want to pay any fee at all
to the have the water removed. According to the tenant at this address, this has been an ongoing problem for at least the last months. We do not charge a "knock on your door fee", and we do not charge any fuel recovery fees. We do, however, charge a $diagnostic charge, that is only charged if the customer has the plumber come to the address, diagnose the problem, but does not want to have any repair made at that point. Customers are informed of this charge at the time their service call is scheduledWe try hard to please all customers but unfortunately, there will always be some that are not happyThere will be no refund made

As we stated before, this customer was given pricing on all water heaters. We installed what the customer requested. She requested the gas water heater due to the cost of the heater for her Kennel. We stand by our original answer

We pulled the toilet and scraped off the old beeswax seal We supplied and installed a new seal Also, he didn't pay $ The bill was $149, less the $coupon left Gregory paying a total of $ He was told at that time that if we came back and re-cemented
there would be additional charges The plumber called different times, both times no one was home, or it was not a convenient time to do a no charge inspection

Regards,
*** *** I do not accept that response from Affordable Services. A propane water heater needed to go in, why quote natural gas and electric water heaters? people work in their and are put at risk. The back venting is a serious issue, and Affordable Services knows that and still puts people at risk even when the rating plate states the type of water heater

Date Sent: 12/1/1:54:PMOur plumber tried to please this customer, he made several trips, but again the problem she has, she did not want to pay to have fixed. This customer is very difficult , and has a bad attitude. We are not interested in doing any additional business with her

The plumber TOLD me to call another service, since it was an emergency and his 'equipment' was broken The line was not cleared as he ran the water for only a short time and it backed up again two hours later When I called the plumber, I was told that the check would not be cashed and that my money would be sent back to me TWICE, by the plumber involved I want a refund !

We quoted the job on 2/18/18.  Sent into to her insurance company on 2/14/18.  Job approved 2/15/18.  Called "call before you dig" on 2/15/18 (Exhibit A).  They had until 2/28/18 to have everything marked (see ticket from "call before you dig").  Rain/snow prevented the...

start.  However her clogged pipe open/resolved 3/3/18.  Called for inspection 3/7/18.

Regards,
[redacted] I called them after hours because the water heater was leaking, they came out and said it had rusted through and needs replaced.  Affordable Services new what type of water heater I needed and when quoted prices there was no distinction made between them.   Affordable Services removed the old water heater. As far as two yrs, I thought it was a LP water heater until son informed me it was a "Natural" water heater.

Attached you’ll find 1) a picture of the paperwork we received from our bank after having cancelled  the check to Affordable Services and 2) a screenshot of our bank account reflecting the $35 deduction for check cancellation. I would provide you with a copy of the check itself, however our check was never returned. When Mr. Freeman left he took our check. He said he was going to come back with his personal materials to finish the job and repair the additional damage he had caused and we never saw him again. We also have a receipt from the plumber we had to hire to come fix the whole mess he left. Thank you for your help in resolving this issue. Please let me know what else I can do to help facilitate the process.Sincerely,[redacted]

resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The statements made by this business are wholly inaccurate and I am shocked a business would respond to a Revdex.com complaint with such boldfaced lies. Mr. Brennner, by his own admission had out check sitting on his accounts payable person’s desk and refused to return it to us. We wrote a check (#[redacted]) for $125 and when our lawyer’s calls were not returned after 24 hours we were advised to cancel our check. So we have proof from our bank a check was issued and subsequently canceled. Additional repairs were required ONLY because their plumber caused roughly $300 worth of additional damage while he was here...he offered to make those repairs at no extra cost but never returned to finish the job. He wanted us to pay him directly. We are seeking compensation for the cost of Check cancellation plus the cost of having to hire another plumber to come fix the problems Affordable Services caused. So yeah, lots of lies on their end. We have video proof of everything from that day plus copies of bank info. At the VERY LEAST their plumber left with a check for a job that hadn’t been finished. To say we didn’t pay is insulting and offensive considering the scope of irresponsibility in the scenario.
