Yes the [redacted] 's did purchase a washer and dryer and it did state on their invoice to weeks arrival time, which is an estimated arrival time since we wait for the shipments to come inHowever we were in contact with them ( times that I personally know of before the 2nd of November) On November we suggested and took her a loaner dryer to help accommodate them while we waitedThey called and asked for a refund on November 14th, I (the HR person) am not in on Mondays so Tuesday when I was made aware of the situation, the credit memo was processedTony was called on the 11/and told the owner would be in Thursday and he could pickup the check that afternoonMr [redacted] did not come in Thursday as he stated he was comingFriday the bank put a hold on our account due to fraud due to suspicious charge back being pulled out of our accountI attached a email from the bank to show proof of thatI believe posting a statement on Facebook or any other social media was not called for when he was told to get the check on Thursday and choose not to and the bank situation was not in our controlWe have be working with them and continuing to do soTony was called and told he can pick up check tomorrow after as that is when the bank says the hold should hopefully be taken offIt's disheartening when customers slam a business when we are continually working with them!! I am rejecting this response because: I was given a verbal delivery date and it was not satisfiedThe appliances have since all been delivered but because they were not delivered when they said they were going to I was unable to get the manufacturer rebateI am requesting a check from affordable appliance plus

Please tell me what the date was that you disputed the order and the last four numbers of the credit card that was used so that I can do some checking with our credit card processing companyOnce someone disputes the charges we would not send a refund too as it would be double refundedThe dispute gets handled by the processing company not us but I can check on it if you would like

I have been in contact with Mr [redacted] several times per phone and email about his creditsI am told by our cc processing department that it takes approximately 7-business days to process a refundDarin personal account was breached and so they also put a hold on the business account as I told Mike and that it would probably be faster for him to do a dispute, which he did, and I received paperwork confirming thatOnce a dispute is started it says right on the paperwork do not issue credit (refund)I did call for the second refund and processed it, After talking with the processing company for three days and getting the same answer that the refunds were processed on their end that it was up to the customers cc company I was informed yesterday that the processing company but a hold on the refunds because there was several customers returned the same dayThe gal told me that the customers need to dispute their chargesThat is what I passed on to Mike

The merchandise the customer order was in high demand and took longer to arrive than anticipatedYes we did say that we would refund the moneyIt does state on our invoice that there is a $restocking fee per item ( hence the restocking fee)She stated that she contacted her credit card company so have not followed up with the credit on our end because not wanting to have it credited twiceI have left a few messages on phone number ###-###-####, on 9/and 9/to confirm if she requested a refund with the credit card company or if I was to be verifying that it was processed on our endI have not gotten a call back from themIn talking to [redacted] she informed me to respond in writing here so I will be waiting to see what action I should be taking from here

Now we are having to go through arbitration with MasterCard because of your refusal to refund money that was promised on 06/14/2017.We disputed the charge on July 18th. My card ends in ***

I want to make sure the facts are correctI contacted Erin at Affordable Appliance at 1:pm on 1/8/before contacting the Revdex.com at 2:31pm on 1/8/I also was told I would be receiving a phone call after the owner Darin responded to Erin after she texted him about the bad check on Friday, 1/5/I still have not received that phone callAs of 1:25pm on 1/8/2018, Erin said that she had not heard from him even though they were both there yesterday before Erin left for lunchI'm still waiting for a response from them

Im sorry but that is what our processing company said to tell our customers so simple dispute the charges on your ccI Don't know what else to tell you, I am trying to help you get your refund and if you don't want to do what the company says I dpn't know what else to do:( let me know if I can be of any other help

hi, this our response to claim, on 9-16-this person bought a washer/dryer set, stove, microwave, and frig, for plus taxwe had the washer/dryer in stock as well as stovethese were listed at for slide in range, and for stainless front load washer and dryerwe had a
special going on then for a French door frig for they then purchased the frig along with a 199...we told them the frig was out to weeks, they offered if we did entire deal, we accepted.. they then come on the 23rd of sep and picked up the washer/dryer and slide in gas range, we told them at that time frig still out to weekswe offer scratch and dentand this is a lot different than a typical order that is why it takes this long and we tell our customers this as well, so they waited until the 2nd week of October we stated frig should be here next week, they then wanted a refund on frig and mic (which we had) so our gal sent a credit memo on the of October, and told them check would be issued in to business daysthe only reason we come off our original price of appliances is because they bundlednow this party is threating us with all kinds of thingshere is break down of purchasewasher/dryerset plus tax, 66.37, which we reduced from because they bought full bundle slide in stove tax taxboth picked up on 9/23/17total1932.44 frig plus tax 44.10, and mic for plus taxwhich totals.. ...... paid total less units received1932.44 total refund $

We just talked to Daniel on the telephone again today 3/9  and explained to him that we will be refunding him the price that he paid for the washer and dryer as soon as we get the appliances back. If he wants to bring them back he will get the check then or we are hoping to have the company vehicle fixed within the new few weeks for us to pick them up. ell us why here...

We do owe her a refund of 535.81 and processed a refund on the cc on 12/6. The credit card processing company flagged the account because we did a few refunds all at once because we knew that merchandise wasn't going to be available. Our credit card processing company told us to...

Our service tech has been nin contact nermous times, we have been waiting for the correct fridge part to arrive, we offered them to bring the fridge back and recieve a full refund. We are currently working to fix the problem.

I spoke with Dan [redacted] wife {Casey [redacted]} this morning, 1/24/2018, we spoke about there dishwasher wich we are delvering, 1/26/2018, and regards to there refund on the washer and dryer $600.00. As of this morning it was agreed by Casey that once I get the refund check for the washer and...

dryer signed by the owner we would be going back to give them the check and pick up the washer and dryer. Note we did waive the 100.00 restocking fee for these items. We are confused about this statement because it was never said or stated that they wanted a full refund for all the appliances.
