I am rejecting this because the information ? provided ? is falseOn date 06/10/I called this company several timesThe first attempt a young girl answered and stated c [redacted] towed my vehicle at 6am, the office is closedWouldnt disclose ? any ? info about wgere my car wasVery rude to meI continue to call no one answerI called later that day from my supervisor phoneLeft a messageThe lady called my supervisor backThey are witnesses ? no one curse ger out my boss told ? her I was medical sick had meds in vehicle I just moved in night before? Making claims about our company saying we are illegally towing there car is a clear form of defermation of character We have done nothing wrongThis lady just trespassed on private propertyNow that’s against the lawHowever all we did was tow the car off of private propertyWe treat everyone The same we release Monday thru Friday like every other tow companyAnd we do it with oppintments to ensure everyone s safetyWe gave her the first available time we couldShe stated she had a birthday party for her daughterAnd the present was in itI would think I would take my child’s present home first before I went out and partiedBut that’s just my viewOur tow was valid and followed all state and federal lawsWe even follow the city ordinance which is in effectSo there was nothing illegal about this towPlease don’t park on private property and you will not be towedEspecially don’t park in front of a sign that’s directly in front of youWe have over signs on that propertyBigger then anyone else displaysAnd actually we are bigger then state and federal law says to be.?

We simply marked the tire tag the carAnd came back towed the car for the violationWhen you enter the complex we have signs posted as well as the apt complex sent letters outThe car yes we are stuck withBattery was dead and will not stay startedSo we should of towed for inop immediately
however we gave her a chance to fix violationsShe didn’t so if she would like come pay the tow bill pick it up we still have it.

There are tow signs postedAnd I have pictures of the signsI have pictures of the entire parking lotThe signs states what vehicles are prohibited and nothing I did was prohibited according to the posted signswhat I choose to do with the things in my car is really none of their concernI called several times in attempt to get my personal belongings out of my car including my wallet and my kids car seats among other thingsThe lady was really rude (she only answered once) and stated I was "pissing" her off by calling so many timesIf the business will not be open to allow customers to retrieve their vehicles on a Saturday and Sunday then why tow on Fridays? I am not defaming anyone's character the entire Spartanburg know how this company operatesThey have been known for quite some time to illegally tow peoples carsThis company is the reason there is an ordinance for tow companies nowThey were not in compliance because they charged me $for the tow and according to the city it was only supposed to be $And furthermore they refused to give me copy of my receipt the guy said I could take a picture of it but they didn't allow me to bring my cell phone on the property and then he said he would email me a copy and I still have not received the copy of my receipt

There was to City officers that respondedAnd we have video on our truckWe let the officers look at the video they seen where she was not in the carThis lady was parked on private property in front of our signShe also was trespassing there for if the privately owned company wanted to push it there could be charges pressedWe tried to explain to her several times as she got angry and her boy friend tried to fight both of my drivers in front of the cops which we also have on our serverSo when the cops was there they seen the video we agreeed to do a drop fee and we felt with this for plus hoursSo really we should of not done the drop fee and should of charged for our hold timeHowever we was tring to help outI feel like if this continues we need to bill her more timeShe should not of parked on private propertyWhere signs are posted.

I A*** C*** was sitting in my car waiting on someone to come out if this restaurant called *** in ***I seen a tow truck back up into the back of my car in which I thought he needed more room to turn aroundUntil I heard a click.I blew my horn to let him know that I was inside
my car..That didn't work so I stepped out my car waving for him to see me.He finally got out the car and reply ,you are on private propertyI replied sir I waiting I'm picking up someone he got real disrespectful and proceeded to raise my car upI called the police and told them the situation, meanwhile other officers arrived and I told them about the encounter.He then told the officer was coming down a path when he was towing my car which that was a lieMy keys and all was in the ignition in which the officer seen them in there.I told the officer he got a recording,the officer look at it and told him it was sketched.He went inside my car to turn my car off in the most if that he bent my key.A police report was filed on my behalf from the city if ***.This Company has so many complaints about doing people wrong

I spoke to SLED investigator today and he confirmed Ingles has terminated their contract due to Unethical practices and many complaints and arrests by Coles TowingThe investigator indicated it would probably take possibly days to go through the process but rest assured the contract has been terminated and more action is in the works.I would appreciate a phone call instead of emails back and forth.My number is ***-***
