infractions they would like towedWe ask them to send out a letter to re-emphasize what we will be towing forWe also get a copy of these letters they send out along with a copy of where it's in the leaseThis property is private propertySo we tow for these such items along with outing signs at the front of the entrance and along various parts of the propertyDepending on how big or small the property isWe came accross her tag which was expired in July Which has nothing to do with transferring a tagThe tag was merely expiredSo we towed the carIn the event she talked to the staff we don't have any documentation of thatAlso the residence are told in the event something happens to contact us so we knowWhich is stated in many lettersSo what it boils down to is she was mad threatened to suit usAnd we asked her to leave the first dayAll of our interaction With customers is recorded on our body cansAs well as our trucks have recording as wellThis resident got her letters and her lease so why she is doing a complaint is really rediciliousShe also stated we were doing illegal towingThese are very strong aligations and we take that very seriousI would like her to refrain from saying untrue and reputation damaging things

I A*** C*** was sitting in my car waiting on someone to come out if this restaurant called *** in ***I seen a tow truck back up into the back of my car in which I thought he needed more room to turn aroundUntil I heard a click.I blew my horn to let him know that I was inside my car..That didn't work so I stepped out my car waving for him to see me.He finally got out the car and reply ,you are on private propertyI replied sir I waiting I'm picking up someone he got real disrespectful and proceeded to raise my car upI called the police and told them the situation, meanwhile other officers arrived and I told them about the encounter.He then told the officer was coming down a path when he was towing my car which that was a lieMy keys and all was in the ignition in which the officer seen them in there.I told the officer he got a recording,the officer look at it and told him it was sketched.He went inside my car to turn my car off in the most if that he bent my key.A police report was filed on my behalf from the city if ***.This Company has so many complaints about doing people wrong.The police arrived and he still would not let go of my carI had to pay a $drop fee to get him to release my car.

Now they are saying my battery is dead to I just replaced the battery with a new battery in NovemberI don't understand the problem instead of admitting that they lied from the beginning and were wrong they keep changing their story.? They started out saying it had been parked a week with a flat tireThen it went to almost a week with two flat tiresThen one flat I got that fixed they came back I had another flat tireNow we are back to one flat tire and a dead batteryWhat is it going to be nextMean while my story hasn't changed because it's the truth

We found this vehicle that we towed with a pass not properly filled outThe reason the apartment complex didn't give her a pass was due to her not having the valid paper work to provide them withThis is why she was issued a temp passThen she didn't fill out the temp pass it had no information
that was requiredWhen we released this vehicle the car lot had to come to the lot to give us the proper paper workAnd they thanked us because she didn't even pay her full deposit and didn't give the buy here pay here lot this new addressSo the dealership was concerned as wellWe told her the hours of operation and what she needed to retrieve her car she failed to provide this information due to the car lot not even having all of the paper work doneThis lady was clearly told the apt complex rules and clearly issued a passHowever her ? negligence of not filling out the pass resorted in her car being towed for the violationThis lady clearly does not deserve a refund and she need to apologize to usFor having someone call and cuss us out due to her not doing what she is supose to do.?

The police told me my car was not reported as towed and the had one hour to do soThey also said if they were not in compliance with the city ordinance to go down to city hall and file a complaint and also I should file a civil suit against the company for over charging me for the tow.?

I was parked in the parking lot near chiefsThere were no private property signs and there were no no trespassing signsI did nothing wrongThe parking spaces were not marked and my registrations is validTheir excuse for towing my car is that I was trespassingI called the police myself that night

This guy was double parked so per our contract we towed the carWe showed him a picture which by law we don’t have to do however but he was nixed we explained it and he agreeed so weOver on he paid we parter waysSo we thought this was the last to hear of it?

We have a contract with the parking lot next to chiefsPeople keep parking there we have our signs postedIf this act was illegal don’t you think the cops would be involved? ? Making claims about our company saying we are illegally towing there car is a clear form of defermation of character
We have done nothing wrongThis lady just trespassed on private propertyNow that’s against the lawHowever all we did was tow the car off of private propertyWe treat everyone The same we release Monday thru Friday like every other tow companyAnd we do it with oppintments to ensure everyone s safetyWe gave her the first available time we couldShe stated she had a birthday party for her daughterAnd the present was in itI would think I would take my child’s present home first before I went out and partiedBut that’s just my viewOur tow was valid and followed all state and federal lawsWe even follow the city ordinance which is in effectSo there was nothing illegal about this towPlease don’t park on private property and you will not be towedEspecially don’t park in front of a sign that’s directly in front of youWe have over signs on that propertyBigger then anyone else displaysAnd actually we are bigger then state and federal law says to be.?
