Affordable Equity Project

Review: I have sent a processing money order fee on june ** to affordable equity project. Not one time did they call me to make an introduction, nor have they reached out to me to explain to me where my application status. I have emailed and called them numerous of times. It went as far as me calling them and they blocking my number from calling them anymore on that day. I had to call my bestfriend and have her 3 way me and it rang and I spoke with someone. Every time I did reach out to a rep it was the same rep [redacted]. Seemed strange that he was the only one to answer every time I called. He then proceeded to tell me I would recieve a call from the landlord in a few days and I have yet to recieve a call from the landlord nor affordable equity project. More then less, when I call I usually recieve their automated answering machine. Its getting frustrated especially when you gave your hard working money to a company you think is going to help you find a place to live, when your practically homeless.Desired Settlement: I'd really like for them to finish the job and find me an apt. If they are not scam artist. But it seems that they are so I would like my money order of 50.00 back. I think its only fair. They dont deserve my money especially since they havent helped me find an apt nor were they professional about their services.

Hi. the company called me to tell me they were the landlord so I can come in and view an apt. when I asked where they were from they hesitated and then when I asked for what apt. I heard mumbling in the background and papers shuffle and was disconnected. I couldnt attempt to them back because the number they called me from what unrealistic.

I dont want to be bothered with this company I just want my money back.
