Never give these guys a dime in advance.. they hide behind excuse after excuse for non-performance and when given an out to just deliver the materials pre-paid for, they will not/can not do so.... really poor communication and follow thru. You will be chasing these guys down continuously to meet their commits. Wouldn’t take me serious and attempt to resolve without me resorting to taking action with my credit card company (it should never come to that). Too late at that point...
Affordable fence is worst company I have ever worked with. no communication They will not return your phone calls, They say they are going to start the project but never show up. All I want is all my money back so I can find a good fence company.
Dear Customer,I am sorry that your experience with Affordable Fence has been less than satisfactory. We received your initial deposit for your fence project on 3/15/19 in the amount of $503.00. This deposit is used to purchase the material for your job, and the remaining balance of $503.00 would be collected at the end of the project to pay for my services/installation. Due to the wetter-than-normal Spring we have been having, we have been unable to set your posts as of today, 5/8/19. We apologize that this has been the case, but in order to offer our customers the lifetime warranty on the vinyl product as well as the installation, our company has certain installation standards that must be upheld. We have been in contact with you multiple times to explain this situation and update you on an approximate start date, although we apologize if our communication has not been up to your standards. We want all of our customers to have a positive experience with our company. If you would like to continue to use our company for your fence project, we will be out there in the next couple of days to set your posts. If you would prefer to work with another company, we will refund your entire deposit, without charging you the additional 20% restocking fee that we normally charge once we have ordered and routed a customer's material. I would like my money back. I would rather work with another company. In response to his response he has never called me about the progress of the fence, he never returned one phone call, I called over 40 times and left messages never returned
a call, he answered3 times in the more than 40 phone calls I have phone records. One time he said his wife was working on the schedule he would call me back, never did. The second time on April 12th he said he was going to start April 15th never came
ever called. the third time he answered was April 23rd he promised he would be there April 29th again never showed, never called and he would never answer or return calls. I recorded the phone calls with him.
