This same customer filed a complaint with Revdex.com. We have tried multiple times, in writing, to schedule appointments with Ms***. She does not respond for MONTHS. Then, when she does respond, we try to set up another appointment and she goes silent again. This
pattern has repeated itself on more than one occasion. We have all records of our attempts to satisfy Ms***. There is only one outstanding warranty item that will be corrected if the customer allows us to follow through with the final service appointment. We are more than willing to complete the warranty work however it is very difficult if Ms*** stops responding during the process

Revdex.com spoke to Russ at business and the following was relayed: We did go there again and addressed some of the issuesI emailed them yesterday to schedule an appointment where I will personally attendWe are waiting for a confirmation if both *** and *** will be available for November 10th, next Friday

***, I will be putting it on the schedule for the middle of January, I will keep you updatedYes it should be simple but we would have to disassemble the floor from one end to the problem area, that is why I ordered the extra boxes of flooringI will take great care of the property and place the beer steins out of harms wayRick MDirector of Operations AGL Homes, Inc

Revdex.com spoke to Russ at business and the following was relayed: No requests have
been refused and we have been in contact with the customersAt this point, we are unsure of what the specific issues they are requesting be addressedRevdex.com is requesting customer list specific points/items/issues that they feel business should or has yet to address

Revdex.com spoke to Russ at business and the following was relayed: The consumer has been contacted and scheduling for repairs and reimbursement has been arranged.

We agree that there are punch list items and factory warranty items that have been reported, many have been corrected, others have been submitted to the factory to be scheduled for repairs.  We have been in constant and consistent communication with the buyer, [redacted], via email, text and...

phone call.  We possess records all of correspondence.  Upon notification of the roof shingles that blew off during the 80+ mph hurricane force winds, we provided a temporary repair to the affected area even though the factory will not cover wind damage sustained by 80+ mph winds.  Typically this type of damage must be covered through homeowners insurance however we provided protection as a gesture of customer good will.  As of this date, there are few remaining items on the punch list that are in the hands of the factory and all items will be addressed and followed up

Our properties are maintained and inspected on a regular schedule.  The fact that the complainant has remained our resident for 15 years should be an indicator that our Management is satisfactory.  As is the case with all of our properties, we complete regular safety and maintenance...

inspections and complete repairs or improvements as needed.  Driveways are the responsibility of each individual home owner.  The tree that fell onto a vehicle last year was not rotted or dead, but unfortunately it still fell victim to an extreme wind storm.   Just two weeks ago, we upgraded the Community by resurfacing the entire roadway with new asphalt.  We will continue to conduct regular inspections of the trees to ensure the safety of our residents.

Revdex.com spoke to Russ at business and the following was relayed: Our Operations Manager has been in contact with the customer. We are waiting for delivery from the manufacturer and then we will be able to schedule an appointment.

In response to the complaint about the propane cost..  Customer's home purchase contract is very specific of all items and work that are/were included in the sale of the home.  There was no contractual or verbal indication that the cost of the propane fuel would be free to...

the customer.  We will offer the customer a one time $200 propane account credit as an olive branch, due to the miscommunication.

have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have not had any contact from the business regarding anything.  Several of the items that need repair do not need special ordering, just someone to here to do the work.  This business has failed over and over again to contact me or stay in touch.  I will believe the work will be repaired once I actually hear from them and see them come out and do it.

Customer an MH Community entered into a signed contract in 2013 which benefit both parties mutually.  Customer purchased a home in our MH Community, and the Community agreed to apply a substantial percentage of collected site payment and pay it directly towards the principle...

balance of the customers home loan, ultimately lowering the principle balance and increasing the customer's equity in the home at a highly accelerated pace.  In exchange, the customer agreed to keep the home in the MH Community for a period of 5 years, OR if customer decided to move the home out of the Community, then the customer simply repays the amount of site rent that the Community paid against his home loan for the first two years of the lease.  A Community representative did contact the customer and offered to work with him to come to an alternative solution that would save him time and money, and would still allow the customer to move to his new site.  Company is still open to this option.  Alternatively, the customer can repay the amount as per the original contract.

We have encountered some distance issues with this project, however, the Certificate of Occupancy was obtained on or before 06/20/16 and the home has been occupied and utilized since that time.  As is the case with most new builds project, there are punch-list items and factory and/or...

finish adjustments or corrections that need to be, and have been addressed since the completion of the project.  As of today's date there is one remaining factory related warranty issue that is being addressed/scheduled and this work will be completed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. While AGL does do a drive through of the park weekly, it is not to do safety inspections, but to hand out citations for those they believe have violated a park rule. Yes they did recently pave the road, however this is the first time in many years and I have spoke to residents that have been here for a very long time. The road was in bad shape with potholes for the last several years. Perhaps the tree that fell and damaged a vehicle was a healthy tree, but the one that fell through the woman's house was not, in fact a tree randomly fell since I made this original complaint a week ago. It was not a stormy or windy day but it fell because it had been damaged during an earlier storm. Obviously if AGL were completing these so called safety checks, they would know this. The tree fell a week ago and it is still there. There has been constant issues over the years with the septic systems, the only time they are resolved is when the health department has been called. One couple moved out because they couldn't deal with the sewage running down their driveway anymore. It was finally fixed at that house so it could be sold and when the new occupants moved in the salesman from AGL outright lied to this couple when they asked why the lawn was all torn up. The salesman informed them it was because city water had just been put in, uhm yeah two years ago. Almost every single homeowner in this park has issues with trees either growing under there home and shifting it or just that the trees are dead and diseased and pose a hazard. As residents of this park none of us feel that we are asking for anything that outrageous by asking that the trees be trimmed up or removed so that they pose no safety hazards to our persons or properties. One would think that AGL would care more about the safety of their residents then they do about the cost of removing these trees, because in the end if someone does get seriously hurt or killed it will cost them a whole lot more.
