Review: I have purchased a vehicle on 12/18/14 and had put down $1650.00 from Affordable motors at [redacted], since I have purchased car I had been back several times with issues with car, however I have had several loaners. within 48 hours if me having the car the check engine light came on I brought it right back to dealer they promised they would fix it, at that time I had told [redacted] I want my money back because I am not happy with the service that has been provided to me he had stated it was too late when his refund policy is within 72 hours I also had asked him for copies of what I had signed and till this day he will not provide it to me. however he puts me in a loaner now my car is there for almost 2 weeks I get the car back and the check engine light comes back on, so I take it upon myself to have the car checked at [redacted] they stated when they put the computer in the car the results were that same problem was appearing meaning the problem wasn't fixed all they were doing was resetting the light. so now I bring the print out to them to show them and again they promised they were going to fix now I am furious and again I asked for my signed paper work and Ricardo telling me he has to get it together. now I am in another loaner and car is there again for a week I get car back and again the light comes on, so now I have been talking to the mother she said I will fix everything for you, all she fixed was [redacted] but not the coils. so now I bring car back cuz its stalling as I am driving they give me a loaner again so I go back next day and he tells me I cant have my car cuz the bank did not fund him money, when I have my coupon book from credit acceptance and have talked to many reps and they said my loan is active.. I have provided all my documents not once but twice to dealer and to be honest I don't know what he is doing on his end but something don't seem right. I have been back and forth with credit acceptance like 15 times within the past 2 days and still haven't got anywhere because every time you talk to someone they all tell you something different, finally I had got police invloved, I had given police permission yesterday with me there at the dealer to talk to the bank, so we did just that the rep told the cop that I would have to contact the consumer dept, so by time that occured it was too late they were closed so I was told to call first thing in morning which I did I talked to [redacted], I told him what was going on and told him that the police need something in writing stating my account has been funded and he told me he cant release any information to me cuz they work with the dealer. now at this point i'm lost because i'm getting thrown around like a ball. I did my part as a customer provided all my paper work from pay stubs, to mail and had gave my down payment. this has been the worse experience of my life and I would not want to put anyone through this. something needs to be done this dealership does not need to be in buisness.. he needs to be throughly investigated. its baaad.Desired Settlement: at this point I don't want anything to do with the dealer, give me a refund back of what I put down and you can keep car.
