[I'm not sure what Pella means by "immediately," but it's now been well over a month since we originally agreed to accept a refund, and we have received nothingThe service technician did come out to the house, but the issues are still unresolved since he needed to order some parts Beyond disappointed and frustrated with Pella.] Regards, [redacted]

We have reviewed this complaintWhile we understand Mr [redacted] frustration, Atrius Health make every attempt to inform patients about parking validationWe have signs posted near the elevators to the parking garage, within the garage, near the Kiosk to pay, and on Various check in desk throughout the practice Because of this signage , we generally do not refund parking feesHowever as a one time courtesy , we will be sending Mr [redacted] a check in the amount of $ Thank you for the opportunity to respond

We will be having our service department check on the issues with the window weatherstripping and [redacted] is going to be ensuring that the customer is refunded for the storm door

We are not accepting this response because this is the same thing we were told weeks ago, and we STILL have not heard a word from our salesperson, the manager we spoke too, or this *** This is such poor business practice

We appreciate your feedback! All of the communal spa amenities as well as the private jacuzzi room were fully functioning and in working order at the time of serviceWebsite clearly states that 'not all photos on this website represents the actual location', so we are not sure why client is

Ms*** purchased a Nissan Altima on March 1, Ms *** put approximately *** miles on the vehicle in the few

I was told that I ran the miles up over *** on the vehicle but I actually have proof that the company changes the miles on the vehicle my paper work was taken from the car and I was told o couldn't have another copy because the finance company has the paperwork their customer service is bad I know for a fact that me going to Chicago will not make the car miles go to *** miles because Chicago is not far enough to do that and and the city of Elkhart is not big enough either in a week time frame I was also told I couldn't take the car off the lot actually as I was reading this all this information is new to me I will never do business with this company I was told the oil was changed and didn't need to be changed for another 3,miles or months me traveling back and forth to Chicago twice is not enough in order for me to go that many miles I would have to travel to Caliornia and as soon as I get the pictures I will send proof that this company change mileage my friend car went in for a "oil change" April ,he purchased the car April , and the mileage on the paperwork isn't the same as the mileage from the oil change its in fact 3,miles under

I am writing regarding a letter I received from the Revdex.com dated November 29, The letter states that you filed a complaint because unpaid collection balances have appeared on your credit reportAs noted in our financial policies, unpaid accounts may be reviewed for further
collection activity including referral to our collection agency and reporting the debt to the credit bureauWhen reviewing your account I found that there is a total of $in bad debt, $has been placed with our collection agency *** *** and AssociatesThe remaining balance $has been adjusted on your account as a small balance write offs since these were not paid when billed to youI can see that seven different unpaid balances, due by you, were sent to the collection agencyThe first placement was on February 28, 2011, the last was February 28, I have reviewed all charges in bad debt and find that the balance consists of copayments and deductibles accessed by your health insuranceThis is considered your out of pocket expense with your health plan and is due by youI contacted the collection agency and found that you did call them on November 29, and stated you would call them back to set up a payment planI spoke to the agency yesterday and found that you have not called as promisedWe will be happy to assist in expunging this debt when the balance of $is paid in fullPlease let me know if you have any questionsI can be reached at *** Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

I contacted Ms. [redacted] on March 21, 2016 upon receipt of the Better Business Correspondence dated March 15, 2016. I explained that the letter and billing statement that she received in the mail was not a collections notice. I advised her that she needed to contact her health plan as they needed...

more information from her in order to process her son's claims. She advised that she did not do that and was upset that staff from the billing office did not respond to her calls. I apologized to her that [redacted] did not return her calls. I let her know that I would send the information on the matter to [redacted]'s manager. Later March 21, 2016, [redacted], Billing Manager contacted Ms. [redacted] as well and apologized for the mis communications with her staff. She provided her name and direct phone number and advised Ms. [redacted] to call her in the future regarding any matters. In addition, we contacted the patient health plan to request that all claims be re processed and paid. The health plan advised that they would re process claims and issue payment that so all liability has been moved to health plan as of this date. If another bill is received from Atrius Health, Ms. [redacted] has [redacted] phone number to contact her directly.

throughout the practice.  Because of this signage , we generally do not refund parking fees. However as a one time courtesy , we will be sending Mr. [redacted] a check in the amount of $19.00.  Thank you for the opportunity to respond
