Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was never contacted by ancora, I had to go through my credit card company to resolve this issueThis company has done nothing to resolve my issue and is still doing the same thing to othersThey have complaints all over the internet from people that started working with them going through the same thing I am to the harassing phone calls people get at work when they try and book an appointmentThey outsource their appointment setters from another country(Philippines I believe) and these people cold call random people trying to set appointmentsThe entire business is very sketchy, they have changed their name once already that I have seen and will probably do it againI will not be happy until this company changes their business practices, which by the looks of things they won't until they are shutdown or forced to Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I understand Miss ***'s frustration but we have signed documentation that she did understand and agree to the chargesWe would love to help her through the necessary steps to receive the reimbursement

I am sorry to hear you have been marketed by one of the companies that does telemarketing for usWe will reach out to them and give them the number you listed in this complaint to make sure they add you to there do not call listIf it continues please feel free to reach out to me directly so we can make sure it stopsagain, we apologize and will make sure the company stops or is let go as we are very strict on holding them accountable to not over calling or bothering people on our behalf

We are sorry that after asking to not hear from our company that our marketing team still reached out to youWe have added your number to our Do Not Call Internal list so you won’t receive any more calls from usWe have also launched an investigation to find out where the break down was that
caused our marketers to continue to call you so it doesn’t happen in the futureAgain, we are sorry for the inconvenience and we will make sure it doesn’t happen again

We do market our business to small businessesHowever, we do have a policy that if you ask to be on our Do Not Call that is immediately processed, but can take up to hours to reflect through the systemThere also is no reason they should have kept calling you as many times as they didWe will
go through our records to make sure it doesn’t happen again on our side and if we find fault in a marketer or manager we will be letting them go as this is a zero tolerance policy for our companyWe do apologize for the inconvenience and to just make sure we have added the number you supplied to the Revdex.com to our Internal Do Not Call list as wellThis way our teams will not bother your company in the futureIf you have any additional numbers you need added please feel free to email us at [email protected]

The refund was issued on 7/as Mr *** statesHowever, it takes up to business days for the credit to go back to his account, depending on his banking establishmentWe are reaching out to Mr*** to make sure the correct account is being monitored for the refundWe understand his wanting to wait to make sure it comes through before responding to our resolution

The document signed was explained in a different mannerI would have never signed if recruiter had explained everything properlyI feel like this can continue to go back and forth which I have no desire toPlease just count this as a loss of business and move on.

We are sorry for the continued calls, we do have rules in place to make sure that doesn't happen, sounds like your number was marked as a business at some point and time in the pastHowever, we have made sure your number has been added to our internal DNC list so the calls should stop within
hoursWe also have sent your number to our list vendors to make sure they take your number off all their lists they send out to other marketing companies as wellPlease feel free to call me directly if you receive anymore calls after the hour period so we can make sure they stopThe number here is 877-756-

We have spoken to Mr*** and immediatly issued his refund after a productive discussion on what the problem and misunderstandings whereHe helped us see a hole in our systems that we will work on making sure is plugged for future agents coming aboardWe are grateful to Mr*** for his
feedback and as discussed with him, hope he will come on board with us in the future

We are sorry you have been getting so many marketing calls from one of the marketing companies we use. We have sent out the number you listed on the complaint to our marketing companies to let them know they must add it immediately to stop the calls to your business. We will reach out to them to...

make sure they are following proper procedures and terminate any marketers who are not complying.
