This complaint was also handled through our refunds team through our internal channels. We spoke to this agent and his fiancee and have since closed the matter with full understanding from both parties.

I understand Miss [redacted]'s frustration but we have signed documentation that she did understand and agree to the charges. We would love to help her through the necessary steps to receive the reimbursement.
