Customer was contacted and she brought her vehicle in on Saturday 10/ [redacted] and we simply inflated her tires to the proper thresholds at no cost to to the consumer

She gave full permission for that car to be driven on and off highways to get the problem fixed and it says it right on her receipt that she gave full permission to do so unfortunately we cannot find that the car is doing the things she saying that the car is doing she says the key fob is not Detective working on her car we cannot duplicate the problem whatsoever and we worked on this car for days so if she thinks we're afraid she can service the car at another dealershipand I have copies of the signed work order her giving us full permissionAnd she was told this when she came to pick up the car again that we can't find any problem with the carNo charges were given to the customer whatsoever

Unfortunately she didn't even know that she had a termination fee after the bill came in the mail she called us a month-and-a-half later to complain that she got a bill that was left over on her old lease nobody told her that they were going to pay any damages or pay any lease return these she has
in writing that we were picking up the last two payments and that is all she has nothing in writing stating that Town & Country is paying any payments whatsoever so we are not paying any payments of what's owed she owes that herselfIt was written on her buyers order that we were picking up two payments unfortunately she did not talk about any kind of termination fees or damage and this car went out in June so Town and Country is not responsible for any lease termination fees or damage to the car she has to take that up with the leasing company thank you Fred H*** general manager

so the car is fine we were backed up we gave him a loner car for days at no charger and everything is fine with the car and there was no charger for to .....*** *** g.m ###-###-#### ty and have a great day

WE CALLED THE CUSTOMER TOLD HIM THAT WERE DOING THAT *** *** IS DOING AN INVESTIGTION AND HE WILL GET A LETTER STATING THAT IT WAS A MISTAKE AND THE BANK WILL SEND IT OUT TO HIM FRED H ***...TY CUSTOMER WAS CALLED...!!!

I was well aware of my lease termination fee at time of sale of the new vehicle on 6/*/As stated, it was discussed with my sales rep, Manny, that it would be covered by the dealership as I was a returning customerWhat I was not aware of is that the payment would be made by me assuming I would be reimbursed by the dealership(reference the procedures for the last two lease payments I was not aware of)Therefor, yes, I was surprised to receive the billI expect full reimbursementIf the sales rep, Manny, did not process the paperwork properly to ensure processing of what was verbally agreed upon that is the dealerships issue. As for the damage to the vehicle this occurred after the vehicle was left with the dealership on 6/*/I expect full reimbursement

WE HAVE BEEN WORKING ON IT AND WILL BE FIX BY THE END OF THE WEEK AND I DID CALL HIM BACK NUMEROUS TIMES HE WAS NOT THERE.... HE JUST GAVE ME A NEW # TO CALL HIM ON . I JUST TALK TO HIM TODAY 12/**/....AND WE HELP HIM FIX IT ......AND WHAT HE HADS TO DO....THANK YOU FRED H*** ***

the salesman said HE told him there were only payments left on the lease so we paid but now he said payment r leftso he is a customer so we r going to pay the last payments on his lease..to make happy ...fred h*** G.M

This customer has never came to us whatsoever she has not called she has not called the salesman and there was no food whatsoever she filled out a credit application for financing we took copies of the driver's license and she never told us not to put it through she needed to put it through so she
can get financing on the car so she's definitely making this all up and again she is never notified Town and Country about any problems whatsoever this is the first time I'm hearing of this and again she has not contacted the salesperson and myself math fact the salesperson did call her and she refuses to take his call
