I recently purchased a package of three Himalayan salt lamps Within two weeks, the largest of the lamps failed to light While I should have known to check the cord and the bulb, I was hesitant to do anything with this special lamp So, I contacted the Himalayan Salt Shop, to ask for advice I was pleasantly surprised to receive a quick response to my concerns, and the gentleman who responded, said it was most likely the cord and/or the bulb that needed to be replaced He assured me that he would be sending those items out to me!
