I bought two lamps from the Himalayan Salt Shop site and love them both They are a good heavyweight quality and feel very solid They give off a great warm glow to the room I use mine as nightlights in the bathroom and bedroom The online shopping experience was great, shipping fast, and price was better than many places I have seen around town
Received my purchase of Himalayan Salt Lamps today Was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful they were Each one seemed to have its own personality and character The Himalayan Salt Company was very good at keeping me updated on the status of my order I will definitely order from this company again and will not hesitate to reccomend them to family and friends It has been a pleasure to do business with a company that truly cares about the quality of their product and the satisfaction of their customers

I had night hopes for this place It was even ok for the week backborder It was posed as a banner on their site so there were no surprises Then weeks came then now weeks and there has been no communication from this companyAfter opening a complaint though ***l, is when I started to receive the replies The first email was apologetic and stated that it was pretty much a gamble if I was going to get my order or if I had to wait many more weeks I responded to the first email thanking them for this update and if I do not receive a tracking number for this shipment then I will need to cancel my order I thought everything was good Then I received an email from the owner who I felt was arrogant and did not have his customers in mine He reminded me that they had a banner on the website stating they are weeks out, and that he didn't appreciate me wanting to take this to the Revdex.com or department of consumer affairs I hastily canceled my order that I have been waiting for now over weeks Yesterday I received my money though the ***l resolution center This was an order for over bucks I would like to warn people that when dealing with this company, delivery expectation times are weeks to months off, customer service is slow and somewhat lacking, and the owner seems to be out of sync with his staff There are so many different shops like this on line,so check them out before you give these people money

There was a delay in my order due to shipping problems overseas, but they were so kind as to offer my money back if I did not want to wait Well worth the wait and they kept me abreast of my order Love the produfact have ordered two more from themI also referred two of my coworkers to their website
I got my lamps today I ordered (5/7) pounds and (11/15) pounds..the ones I got weighed 7,7,9,pounds they were in great shape all but a few small chips but hey it's saltI will be ordering more from this company
