This is a typical no-result lead generation service I paid $for a zip code in the Seattle area with the promise of receiving 1-leads a month In months, I have received not a single referral When I called for a refund, they refer me to an email address, to which I get no reply When I pushed for a phone number to the support or cancellation department, the individual hung up on me You should avoid using this service

Hello [redacted].  I'm sorry to hear you aren't happy with our service.  I have reviewed your account and have found that you've already filed a chargeback with your credit card which is under review for the $2,000.  You of course did this unilaterally.  I have attached the last 4...

texts you've been sending to us where you Thank us and have been in touch regularly with our team.  I see that we sent you 11 clients (7 buyers and 4 seller leads) and that you even had one of these buyer leads in Escrow at one point.  We're sorry the deal didn't close, but we can't guarantee closings, only lead volume which we did, and every lead we sent you we spoke to first.  We don't know always if they are approved for a loan, many times they are early into their home search. Lastly, we have been trying to reach you for the past 2 days and you aren't returning our calls.  We've been attempting to speak to you to discuss your account, but without a response, we simply can't help you any further.  Please reach out to us as soon as possible. Filing Revdex.com complaints and chargebacks is not a form of communication.  We've been speaking to you every week otherwise regarding your leads, and this is the first time we hear of your dissatisfaction.  We also have recorded phone calls from when you signed up, and we made no such guarantees of promising you'd close deals (how can we do that?) and also we never promised you or any other agent all seller clients (how could we do that?).

We have already informed her credit card company that we don't wish to dispute it.  We are literally just waiting on her credit card to release her the funds.  We have authorized it on our end.We will update you further once confirmed.

I signed up with My Agent Finder last year. They promised that I would get 4 leads a month , with a money back guarantee. They are terrible. What a waist of time and money. Do not use their service. I did not get any leads worth the time and of course no refund of my $495. They never return calls, They are a SCAM.

wait 24-48 hrs for us to process a refund for you.  At no point did we deny you or say we wouldn't comply.  In fact, we pride ourselves on the fact that we are one of the only companies that DOES honor it's guarantee, and you'll find that we have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com, which makes this Revdex.com complaint all the more troubling to us, since we responded to you right away and are currently in the process of refunding you.  Not sure why on Earth you felt the need to file a complaint and try to damage our business in this way.  We would appreciate you swiftly marking this complaint as resolved so we can continue with your refund in a professional manner.  If you have any further questions, please respond to our Support Group which already responded to you yesterday.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have tried to contact Agentology, [redacted] at [redacted] to receive a credit in the amount of $2,000, and no one will return my calls, I just recently called on 10-03-2016, and again on 10-04-2016, with no response or returned call from Agentology. 
I don't appreciate that you have accused me of not returning phone calls and that I have not tried to reach your company and that I have simply disputed this charge with my credit card company, and the Revdex.com.  This is a false statement, I disputed the charge with my credit card company because I was unable to reach anyone with Agentology to credit my account in the amount of $2,000.00.
Again, I initially spoke with [redacted] on July 11th, with agentology the first day I spoke with him after I signed up, that I did not want to move forward with Agentology, as they had promised to have [redacted] with Agentology contact me to set up my account, instead when I called Agentology I was hung up on.
I again emailed [redacted] August 1st to cancel my account, and again Aug 17th, I have uploaded my email correspondence, but still unable to receive communication from Agentology or a credit in the amount of $2000.00 to my account.
I was told that Agentology would provide pre qualified leads of home buyer and sellers, I have not received pre qualified leads, only a list of names and numbers. I was also told I would be able to accept or decline any leads, that is incorrect, names and numbers have been uploaded to my account without my approval.
I have requested that my credit card account be refunded in the amount of $2,000 numerous times, I have continually asked for an account cancellation, and want this resolved immediately.
Agentology does not provide pre qualifed buyer and seller leads, and refuses to answer my phone calls.  If Agentology was such a great value, and service that you provide why would I be canceling. I am a Real Estate Broker that has been in the business for 10 years, and I'm very capable of closing transactions. I have been advertising with other marketing companies such as Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com and have never had to cancel my account or been told that I have lied. I have not received any monetary gain from your company, and do not want to be associated with your company. I have contacted other Realtors that you have lied to as well, and they would never sign up again.

Please provide sender contact information regarding the emails that were sent on 10-04-2016 from email address, [redacted], and any individuals that are authorized to act on behalf of Agentology.
