hrs for us to process a refund for you.  At no point did we deny you or say we wouldn't comply.  In fact, we pride ourselves on the fact that we are one of the only companies that DOES honor it's guarantee, and you'll find that we have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com, which makes this Revdex.com complaint all the more troubling to us, since we responded to you right away and are currently in the process of refunding you.  Not sure why on Earth you felt the need to file a complaint and try to damage our business in this way.  We would appreciate you swiftly marking this complaint as resolved so we can continue with your refund in a professional manner.  If you have any further questions, please respond to our Support Group which already responded to you yesterday.

I am a Realtor who signed up with them. I had to ask for the (after one year) money back guarantee becuase I recieved no leads or listings- obviously. (I have heard of agents in other areas who did get leads and who closed deals.) Not in Portland or Seattle markets though.
It was a little hard to make contact with the right person but I did end up getting my refund so I do think the company is legit and trying to provide a decent service.
