AHT Wisconsin Windows

I had opportunity to meet with Robert (sales) from AHT Wisconsin Windows, in my home, to talk about replacement of the largest window in my home (that I had purchased in the past year). This was a educational experience for me and I had opportunity to ask many questions along the way. I was appreciated of the time and know much more about various types of windows in general. I chose to trust AHT to replace this window and I must say I have had a very good experience. I was kept informed along the way of the status of my order. On installation day the 2 installers that arrived were very courteous and attentive to details (covering furniture etc in my living room and had the shop vac going along the way to minimize dust and debris). They washed the windows inside/out and made sure I was aware of how the mechanics of the windows worked for future cleaning. I would recommend AHT to others based on this experience from sales to installation. I am very much enjoying my new window. Thank you AHT.

Review: My window proved this winter that they are far from the quality they should have been. I have tried to contact warranty dept several times with no response. I paid a lot of money for these Windows and am very unhappy with the quality of window and installation. they leaked at the seams and one of the four I had replaced leaks around the frame. since they won't return my calls to set up a appointment to have this issue resolved I would just like to be refunded my money and they can come remove Windows.Desired Settlement: Refund full amount or come fix the problem or replace window.

Was looking for an estimate for egress Windows. Company representative called and set up an appt. The day before they were to come out (along with other companies) the Same representative called and said without the spouse, they could not come out. Never once was this discussed when the original appt was made. Due to my work commitments and my wife's, we will not be able to make this work. Very disappointed as I passed up on someone else to work with these individuals. If they have policies, state them.
