Aim Real Estate Corporation Reviews (7)

I am on the Board of Directors of a condominium property AIM Real Estate Corporation manages Our Board is not at all happy with the "management" provided by AIM They are extremely slow to respond to our requests and we are at a point where we can not even approve our financial statements as they are not current and up to date and contain a significant amount of outdated informationMy advice to anyone would be not to purchase or move into a property managed by AIM Real Estate, and for other corporations out there looking for a quality management company that will follow board directives and provide acceptable service, look elsewhere

They kept me waiting for the result of my application for about weeks that caused me loosing several opportunities and ending up renting a place for a much higher priceI saw an ad on kijiji entitled "Large Bachelor on ave and Street" on May 6th and contacted them, set an appointment and visited the place on May 7th and right away filled out an application formIn the next weeks I sent many emails to the lady who had posted the original ad (Vonessa) and phoned the office several times but they never repliedOnly she replied once and said she was not sure if she got the application and "maybe" the place is rented! I got a call from building manager asking for my SIN and called him in the next days as well and each time he'd say "either Vonessa or Taylor will call you but they never did.It was perhaps a plan just to get my SIN and run awayThere were many aparmtnets for about 900$ in the area that I lost only because I was waiting for a reseponse from these people

On January 15th, our Condo Association changed the locks on the exterior entrances to our condo facilityOn Jan 21st I attended Aim's office on Stony Plain Road and met with our Property ManagerAt that time I had returned old keys in exchange for a return of my deposit which ultimately I have receivedI also exchanged old keys for the new keysAt that time there was no proper form to document the transfer of the previous deposits in the sum of $The Property Manager indicated he would provide them at a later dateOn March 30, I emailed the Property Manager requesting these documentsI had no responseOn May 19, I had again requested these documents and indicated I expected a response by the end of day on May 23rdI even included the President of Aim Real Estate and still have received no response I am still waiting for this documents

First off the first 14 months no assigned parking.. bed bugs..police raids early morning..on top of that my damage deposit was with held. Not very professional!

They kept me waiting for the result of my application for about 3 weeks that caused me loosing several opportunities and ending up renting a place for a much higher price. I couldn't agree more with the other individuals that have voiced their concerns here. I own a condo in a building that is managed by Aim. I have been trying to resolve an issue with them since May. Nothing but empty promises... With no follow up on their end... And an endless supply of excuses.... I've never dealt with a more incompetent company. So frustrating. If I was as incompetent at my job as they are at theirs, I would have been fired long ago.
