WE HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED OUR SHORT COMINGS IN NOT ADDRESSING THE WORK NEEDING TO BE COMPLETED. AGAIN AS I MENTIONED IN OUR PREVIOUS RESPONSE THAT, YES IT WAS NOT ON CONTRACT THEREFORE WE (THE OFFICE AND INSTALLERS) WERE NOT AWARE OF THE PROMISED SERVICES GIVEN TO YOU BY THE INITIAL TECHTHIS IS WHY I AGREED THAT WHAT CUSTOMER WAS SAYING WAS TRUE AND CORRECTAND WE WOULD HONOR THE ADDITIONAL WORK. YES WE DID SEE THE PICTURES YOU SENT TO ME AT THE NUMBER REFERENCED ABOVEMYSELF AND THE SUPERVISOR AGREED THIS WAS NOT GOOD QUALITY WORK THAT WE EXPECT FROM OUR INSTALL TEAM. THE ADDITIONAL COSTS I WAS REFERRING TO WAS THE ADDITIONAL RETURN AIR PROMISED TO YOU, NOT THE DAMAGES CAUSED FROM THE INSTALLOF COURSE THOSE WOULD NOT BE IN THE CONTRACTTHOSE WERE UN-FORESEEABLE FEES, EVEN IF THEY WERE THESE WOULD NEVER TO CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER BUT TO US, AIR3000. WE WOULD HAVE PREFERRED FOR YOU TO BE PRESENT DURING THE REPAIRS TO YOUR HOME, VERSES BY PHONE AND PICTURESALTHOUGH THESE PERFECTIBLE ACCEPTABLE WAYS TO COMMUNICATEBUT IN THE CASE BECAUSE OF THE MANY ISSUES AND UN-HAPPINESS OF OUR WORKWE WOULD HAVE LIKED FOR YOU TO BE PRESENT. I DID ASK YOU IF THE SYSTEM WAS WORKING, YOU SAID YESAND WENT ON TO TO SAY THE WORK WAS NOT COMPLETE BECAUSE OF THE COSMETIC WORKWORK THAT HAS NOT BEARING ON THE AC SYSTEM WORKING OR NOT WORKINGIF THE UNIT IS NOT WORKING, THEN WE HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS, AND WE WOULD GO OUT AND SERVICE THIS SYSTEM IMMEDIATELY.YES I WAS TOLD THE INSTALL WAS COMPLETE THIS IS WHY PAYMENT WAS SUBMITTED.ELECTRIC BILL ISSUE DID NOT COME TO LIGHT UNTIL MUCH LATERIF THE SYSTEM IS STILL NOT WORKING EFFICIENTLY THIS IS SOMETHING WE ALSO NEED TO ADDRESS. I am rejecting this response because:Based on what Airhad written in their response I was under the impression that by accepting their (Air3000) resolution that they would contact me wihours.Apparently that was not correctI accepted it but should not have.And at this time, Airhas not made one single attempt to contact me to correct the issues listed in my complaint.It was explained to me that I should have rejected this.Please Call me at my Cell # *** What is going on with this complaint is causing me confusion and headaches.*** ***

MR. [redacted] WORK HAS BEEN COMPLEATED AND INSTALLED SINCE JUNE 29, 2017WE RETURNED TO ADDRESS SOME ISSUES ON THIS JULY 10, 2017, AFTER SEEING THE WORK COMPLEATED WE AGREED IT DID NOT MEET OUR STANDARD OF WORK.WE AGAIN RETURNED AND NO ONE WAS AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT JULY 31, 2016,WE THEN...

WENT OUT TO DO MORE CHANGES PER CUSTOMER REQUEST ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2017, WHERE EXTENSIVE WORK WAS PERFORMED NOT ON INITIAL CONTRACT AND COMPLETED WITHOUT ANY  ADDITIONAL COST. I BELIEVE THIS WORK WAS TO HIS APPROVAL, ALTHOUGH I AM NOT SURE. SINCE HE SEEMS TO BE UNHAPPY WITH ALL OF OUR WORK.ON SEPTEMBER 21, 2017 WE WENT OUT AND INSTALLED THE CUSTOMERS CUSTOM RETURN AIR GRILL THAT WAS ORDERED.WE DID SEND OUT A CONTRACTOR OUT ON TO REVIEW THE REPAIRS ON THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 21, 2017ON SEPTEMBER 26, 2017 THE CONTRACTOR COMPLETED THE REPAIRS. CUSTOMER CALL 09/27/2017 NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WORK I LET HIM KNOW WE WOULD LET THE CONTRACTOR KNOW AND WE WOULD BE IN CONTACT. HE BROUGHT UP HIS PAYMENTS WITH SYNCHRONY AND  THAT THE WORK WAS NOT COMPLETED. I LET HIM KNOW THE INSTALL HAS BEEN COMPLETE SINCE JUNE 29,2017. THIS IS ALSO THE REGISTRATION DATE FOR HIS WARRANTY. HE BECAME IRRATE AND DEMANDED  WE RE-MOVE THE SYSTEM. I ASKED IF THE SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING HE SAID NO, IT WAS WORKING JUST FINE BUT THAT THE WORK WAS NOT FINISHED. I LET HIM KNOW THE INSTALL WAS COMPLETE AND THAT  WE WOULD NOT BE REMOVING THE EQUIPMENT. AS FAR AS THE PATCHWORK, IF HE WANTED TO HIRE SOMEONE OF HIS CHOOSING I WOULD BE OKAY WITH THAT SO THAT HE WOULD BE HAPPY. WE HAVE STRIVED TO MEET MR. [redacted]  EXPECTATIONS, HOWEVER, WE HAVE FALLEN SHORT AND THIS DOES CONCERN US AS WE DO CARE ABOUT OUR CUSTOMER'S CONCERNS. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO  NOTE THAT THE ADDITIONAL WORK HE ASKED TO BE COMPLETED WAS NOT ON THE ORIGINAL WORK ORDER, HOWEVER, ACCORDING TO MR. [redacted] HE WAS PROMISED THESE ADDITIONAL CHANGES SO I  HONORED THEM SHOWING  OUR GOOD FAITH. WE HAVE REQUESTED THAT HE BE PRESENT AT TIME OF APPOINTMENTS WHICH HE HAS NEVER BEEN AT. HE HAS ALWAYS HAD HIS DAUGHTER [redacted] PRESENT (WHO LIVES IN THE HOME)  AND GAVE HER  AUTHORIZATION TO SIGN ON HIS BEHALF. WE WOULD LIKE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IN ORDER TO MEET OUR CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION.  AND WE DO ASK THAT HE BE THERE AT THE APPOINTMENT.

WE ADVISED THE CUSTOMER THAT BOTH UNITS WOULD NEED TO CHANGED. THE CUSTOMER DECIDED TO GO WITH A USED CONDENSER AT AIR3000 EXPENSE. CUSTOMER WILL STILL NEED AN OUTSIDE UNIT. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER A REFUND AT THIS TIME. WE ATTEMPTED TO HELP THE CUSTOMER AS A COURTESY OF AIR3000. IF...

I am rejecting this response because:MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:  [redacted] INCORRECT AND A LIE [redacted]1) First if all we had to call several times because their worker never showed up during the apt time given!2) Second, all the Grill Work that you did was part of the Return Air Duct that you installed which is one of the main reasons we hired you so YES it was part of the contract whether you have noted it or not!3) Third, the repair work you did YES WAS NOT on the contract because it was repair work for installing a vent in a room because they did not want to install the return air duct that your sales person said would be a improvement to our cooling problems! I never authorized this nor did my daughter that's why my daughter took pictures of it immediately and I called your office and spoke with [redacted] whom gave me a number of [redacted] to text her pictures on July 11th of which I did along with the other pictures of the crappy work done like tapping off the vented door with cardboard instead of sealing it with plywood, not sealing the inside return air ducting properly, or the metal vent pipe light gaps to the ceiling/attic space. I still have these on my phone from when I text them to you. Which I had to text you again on July 14th asking what happened with someone coming out and fixing our problems and you didn't respond back until July 28th with a name of [redacted] at Air3000 [redacted] for me to call to complain to. We scheduled for July 31st and no one showed up in the morning like scheduled nor did anyone call us saying no one was home because I instructed [redacted] that if no one happened to answer the door to call me so I could make sure they wake up since they work late night shifts but are always home in the morning!4) 4th, again no responses from your company all during the month of August and the excuses I got were that it was a very busy time for you and obviously your new customers came before one you already collected off even though the work wasn't complete so no one came out until Sept 1st.5) 5th this crap about additional costs when the Return Air Duct was one of the primary concerns we called you about on day one and the other work was again repair work for holes made in our walls we did not authorize. so of course these damages were not on the Contract as I hope you didn't plan this stuff unless your really out to screw people which from my experience so far and the reviews I've been reading sound like I should of taken time to follow-up on this company that so many have complained about already!!!6) I never had to be there because my daughter called me every time they were out and sent me pictures as the work was being done and I either spoke with the worker or the office immediately after I saw anything I did not like. 7) The other damage was to the wood trim/frame just below the door in the hall furnace closet where the installers banged when doing the install work. The worker whom came out to fix this told my daughter he would have to make 3 trips to fix the wall and trim because day 1 would be resheet rock & tape and float and bondo the gouge in the trim, day 2 he would sand the wall and trim primer, and day 3 he would resand if needed and paint color to match. day 3 was skipped and he painted over wet float and tape and never sanded of course because it was still wet, and the bondo was not sanded just painted over which now the entire trim board is rough to feel and the gouge is still noticeable. Also where they patched the wall you can see where they got the paint for the wall all over the door frame trim. Very Sloppy Work!8) [redacted] never asked me if the system was working and I never said the unit was working fine, THAT IS A COMPLETE LIE, LIE, LIE!!!  You never told me you weren't removing the system and that I can hire someone else to do the patchwork, YOU ARE A COMPLETE AND TOTAL LIAR!!! [redacted] you said you billed the finance company because you THOUGHT the work was complete because that's what the INSTALLER TOLD YOU. I told her that our Electric bills were 2-3 times higher than the previous months and this unit was suppose to be 40% and up more efficient in saving us more money! I've seen the complete opposite!!! @@@ I could not download all the pictures I have showing the terrible work due to a 4 picture limit @@@  Revdex.com This company needs to be removed from any licensing and NOT ALLOWED to do business in San Antonio or any city for that fact, read their comments on reviews and do the people a favor by not allowing a company like this be allowed to RIP OFF ANYONE ELSE!!!

I am rejecting this response because:The problem I have with this is that when all of this was going on, I couldnt get you on the phone at all. All the messages I left, and no return calls. Everytime I spoke to the lady on the phone, it was always your in a meeting and she will call you back! And the call back never came. I honestly felt bad that I would air all my angry tirades at the lady who answered the phone. All she could do to be professional is just take it. You were nowhere to be found. Ive had more contact in these two emails from you than in that whole four month ordeal. That is completely unacceptable and is in no way the correct way to treat me or any one else. How would you feel if you were in this situation? How upset would you be? Dead of the summer, Im dealing with multiple combat injuries, and I cannot even be comfortable in my own home. And to have no solid information or timeframe met to when the issues would be corrected. I firmly believe that you should treat others as you want to be treated. And I wasnt. Repeatedly, I apologized to your receptionist because it wasnt her fault but all my frustration came out on the phone. And the one and single time I did speak with you, all you offered were empty solutions and false promises. I have written to the Revdex.com and expressed what I wish as a corrective action. And because at that time, you gave me nothing more, then at this time I will except nothing less! I will also speak with my home warranty company to inquire about someone other than you servicing my equipment because quite frankly, I have no faith in Air 3000's abilities. The one service guy, Joe I think his name is and the receptionist lady are the only ones I admire. It is just to bad that your company doesnt model itself after those two individuals. I used Air 3000 by chance. My home warranty company sent them out to replace 2 of my AC units. I have had really bad experiences with most of the companies my warranty co. has sent out so I already had my guard up. I placed my service order on Monday, Air 3000 called me by Tuesday and came out same day. They showed up Weds morning and had both installed by that evening. My experience was them was completely positive, the men that did all the work were so professional and nice. They kept everything clean and worked really hard. They were there when they said they would be and they even gave me a deal on both AC units. I have been through a lot of Air Conditioning Companies through the years and this has been the best. I will continue to use them in the future. They even called to make sure everything was working well the next day. Highly recommend them.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Set an appointment ford my ac to be fixed. We are in our house for four days without AC before the scheduled time, which by the way was a 6 HOUR window! Then, on the day of the appointment, after waiting 5 HOURS, I called them and they tell me there was "an emergency" and they'd have to reschedule! The lady on the phone, "Christina", was completely apathetic. She could not care less that A) they could have called ME and told me to reschedule much earlier and B) there was only one available time slot for the next day which would not work for me due to doctor's appointment. Now, here we sit in a hot house, in August, waiting for another company to call back for an appointment that probably won't happen for several more days Totally unacceptable behavior. This company is dead to me.

I am rejecting this response because:  We didn't have someone come out to "fix the problem", we had another technician come out to give us a SECOND OPINION because your tech said we had a gas leak.  The gas leak diagnosis was WRONG - nothing was wrong with our system.  Therefore, no one "fixed" anything.  I appreciate the refund, once we get it, we will remove this complaint, per your request.

I was very impressed with this company. The tech showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was quite thorough in checking both of my units and did not try to sell me a new one. He took the time to address all of my concerns and I was very impressed with his service.. I would truly recommend this company in the future GREAT JOB!!!!!
