Air Assurance won't try to sell you something you don't need. They will give you honest and accurate estimates of what might need to be repaired or replaced in the future, and when you can expect that.
I was very happy with the service I received from Air Assurance. I think it is the best and most comprehensive service I've had for annual maintenance of my heating system.

January 4-5, 2016 (HOT WATER HEATER REPAIR)
An Air Assurance Operation Manager called in response to my previous complaint. We agreed on my paying the difference of what I had paid in unsuccessful repairs. I was very pleased with this offer. They came out on January 5, 2016 as promised and replace the existing Hot Water Heater. After a few days had passed I called for a receipt of payment, the booklet, and the warranty that I had always received with an installation of that size. I also wanted to apply for the ONG rebate. The clerk said that "this particular hot water heater did not qualify for a rebate and there was no warranty with it . . . But it is a good hot water heater". So what I do have is hot water (for how long), another hot water heater without a warranty and a work-description of "Services Provided" what the Plumber did to get it installed. As of today January 18, 2016 ONG have not called to check the installation.??? Or maybe that's not the way it is done anymore.
Our family has used Air Assurance for years and was very pleased with their timely good service, weekends included. Filters changed, equipment thoroughly checked, shoes covered, never any mess left. We are now in senior living and we no longer need their service but we highly recommend them to anyone.
Air Assurance came on time and took care of the immediate plumbing problem. Unfortunately, they recommended that some pipes be replaced on this home which was built in the 1970's. So, I will probably be using them again soon.

He assisted my husband while I got everything ready to take him to the hospital. That was assistance above and beyond in my book!!
The service call charge is more expensive than most, seem to not be sure of what was the problem. First time I ended up paying the discounted Seniors Service call rate. Had to call them back because within the week the problem was not solved. On the next call I pay what was asked but that turned out not be the problem either. A week later had to call again was generous in service but in the meantime I am missing work. At this point trust is questionable? Now to not continue to put money into an uncertain fix I am looking for less costly installation.
We had Air Assurance do a complete new heating and air conditioning system
installation under the PSO program. I wanted to make sure everything was done
right, so when also performing insulation, windows, and air sealing, ductwork,
etc, I used Air Assurance as the general contractor for everything. I'm glad I
did. Air Assurance's work was great. The installers were craftsman,
professional, and knowledgeable and did everything per my and PSO standards. I
dealt with Mike the estimator who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and
kind. He mapped out the system that made the most sense and got me back as much
money as possible through the rebates which amounted to nearly $3200. The
insulation company that was used did not do what they were supposed to do, but
Mike made them come out 3 times to get it right and even made them put more
insulation than was bid as a way to make up for the frustration. He personally
inspected the work performed by all parties and made sure it was all completely
done right. He then provided me with pictures, etc so that I could view and
record all areas of work since I am unable to get into the attic myself. In
fact, he even helped program our garage doors which we could not figure out
(small thing, but it's the small things that really impress me). They went
above and beyond in all facets. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work
you need performed. We give Air Assurance a (10) ten. Highly recommended.
Will did a terrific job installing my whole-house filtration system. He even came back on Easter Sunday afternoon just to answer my questions. You can't beat that kind of service!

I usually don't write reviews, but I just had to write one about the service we received from Air Assurance Plumbing. We had been having plumbing issues in our bathrooms for the last few months and had to call out a plumber on several occasions. The last time we were told it would cost at least $8,000 to fix a clogged drum trap because they would have to pull up our bathtub and break into the foundation! We even called our insurance company to make a claim! We called Air Assurance out for a second opinion and they fixed the issue within an hour and didn't even charge us because of everything we had already been through! Plumber [redacted] was amazing (if you call, ask for Scott!)! And plumbing manage[redacted] even came as well to make sure everything went OK. We ended up calling our insurance company and cancelling the claim. Thank you, Air Assurance! We'll definitely be calling on you guys again. Oh, and they also don't charge extra for coming out on Saturdays and they were cheaper than the other guys (when we used them before).
We had two plumbing problems and called Air Assurance and requested [redacted]. He arrived the nest morning and solved both problems quickly and thoroughly. We thought the garbage was bad but he found the problem immediately and solved it. The second problem was leaking water to the washing machine. The connections were old and he replaced both the hot and cold water connections. He explained what he was doing and why. Results were great and the laundry room was left cleaner than it was when he arrived. Both [redacted] and his company are great. We highly recommend both.

He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and very thorough. After about 45 minutes he reported that he had performed all of the routine maintenance and checks and found no issues requiring further action. He left a detailed description of the work he had done and the safety checks he had performed.
I have had excellent service from Air Assurance Company since 2014. I used Air Assurance to replace my old air conditioner/heater system and the workman were very polite, informative and completed the work in one day. I know from other people that many companies take 2 days. The workman arrived when they said they would and work steadily till the task was completed. Then another Air Assurance service representative comes to inspect the system and insure everything is working correctly and to handle any questions. The Air Assurance Extended Service Plan Agreement(for spring/summer and fall/winter) is reasonable and well worth the money. The technician is punctual and very thorough in checking the system, replacing the filter and leaving the system very clean.
