In all it was a very satisfying experience, from the pleasant telephone scheduling personnel to the quality technicians.

Technician came on time, performed work in timely manner, and he went over everything he did on the yearly maintenance of our furnace. I highly recommend Air Assurance for heating and air conditioning checks!! They always tell you up front anything that is out of normal and needs to be fixed.

I was given the technicians' name and he had identification when he arrived in a company van.He went about his job and explained how I could get a rebate and what papers I needed to send.

I called Air Assurance this morning to request a service call to handle several non-emergency plumbing issues. I was completely surprised and pleased when they said they could have someone out within an hour. The plumber who made the call was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. He handled all our issues professionally and courteously, and the bill was definitely less than I had anticipated. We will call on them again when we need plumbing services.
When my husband and I decided that it was time to bite the bullet and replace our heat and air system plus get new duct work installed, we mostly relied on advertisements of the company's we got quotes for, plus for the type of system we wanted to purchase of which we had done a good amount of research on.
First impressions of the sales person and their knowledge of what they sell is certainly a plus in the right direction, and most importantly, listening to what we wanted and making it clear that he would check all areas to make sure it would fit and the system would meet or exceed our expectations. This included changing from floor vents to overhead venting, removing all old ductwork and hauling off, sealing off old vents. Everything was put in writing and there were NO SURPRISES that cost us beyond what we were quoted! The installation team was fantastic, very friendly, and always cleaned up each area daily before they left.
Would highly recommend the company from sales, installers, office staff and the tech that does our maintenance checks. Top notch all the way. Even the County Inspector praised their work when he came to do the final inspection.
I went to home show in Tulsa and I was really supprised that they were there to help me. I told them that I was I n need to get more air into three of the rooms in my home, they came out and told me that the Air conditioner was the right size that they could add three more air supplies to the rooms in question. So I told them I was ready to get started. They were out to the house when they said they would be there and started to work instantly they told me it would take two days to complete the job. The two men that worked on my heater were very polite and courteous. They cleaned up the area several times during their days that they worked. I was really please with the job. I can't even hear when the heater comes on now and it is very comfortable in the house now no more cold spots and the heater doesn't run a lot now.
