I'M FROM A SMALL TOWN WHERE IF YOUR A/C BREAKS DOWN YOUR LUCKY TO GET A CALL BACK WITHIN WKS OR NOT AT ALL I HAD USED AIR SOLUTIONS IN AND DECIDED TO CALL THEM CHRISTINA HAD A SERVICE PERSON ON HIS WAY WITHIN THE HOURWHEN JEFF ARRIVED HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, GAVE ME SEVERAL OPTIONS AND COMPLETED THE TASK TO MY SATISFACTION KNOWING IN THE NEAR FUTURE I WILL NEED A NEW UNIT, IT WILL COME FROM AIR SOLUTIONS!!!! HOPEFULLY JEFF WILL BE THE INSTALLER

Requested a bid on repair a water leak and install at that same spot shutoffs to separate sites (future line, barn and hydrant) and install a freezeproof hydrantTold MrArmstrong-- site is partially excavated--showed him the site, told him would need canopy with extension Quoted $ Did the job Installed separate shutoff valves two to separate sites but a main line shutoff and then additional site shutoffs down line from the main So now unable to shutoff each separately (ie barn but not hydrant) as was orginally requested Upon call to serviceman he said the job was done right and was hateful, stating we got a great deal to begin with Did couple hrs work for $ I explained the need for separate shutoff valves not a main and two others after the main --the conversation ended with my frustration telling him to never come back and I would never use or recommend himI really feel ripped off, this service lacks in the extreme

[redacted] came out I showed him I needed separate shut offs off a main line to future line, barn and hydrant--also to install hydrant and meter can Said he would do the job for $900--seemed high but he said it would take time and equipment Took him about 2-hours My husband paid him for the jobI called him after and told him he had put a shutoff on the main line then the two shutoffs to hydrant and future line after the main shut off I cannot use these two and shut off the barn (which I wanted to shut off separately in winter) because it was installed incorrectly He was smart mouthed and said so you want me to come out and fix it for free I said no you were already very well paid to do the job, I just want it done the way it was supposed to be done He commented he could just come take everything out and a few more smart comments--I told him it would be a cold day before he was allowed on our property again and I would tell the person who referred him what a poor businessman he was for not doing a job correctly or backing up his work

very honest and knowledgeable service tech [redacted] did numerous cleaning and service to my heating system,alot more than the previous company did..very professional.I was very impressed[redacted] found a major situation that the other company never even checked forthat company installed my system.every time I called the main office the staff was very nice, polite and professional...I will also use air solutions for my rent house for all repairs and maint...this is the team you want to go with..give them a try,you will be very impressed[redacted]

Air Solutions provided an in-home estimate for me including a complete HVAC system and hot water tank The company advisor, Josh Copeland, was very knowledgeable and professional he came out the same day I called and completed the thorough estimate very quickly I would certainly recommend them as a solid contender on your bid list

Air Solutions ( [redacted] the Customer Rep& [redacted] the Service Tech.) were great it was time to check our heating system and as usual they were on time and very quick on checking our system Thanks again to them both!

They have great technicians, but they have a technician named *** that is exceptional with customers! He makes it easy for you to talk to him, he answers questions, he's nice, he always seems as if he really enjoys his job!
