Very professional and knowledgeable

The Airco team did a great job putting in our new AC/furnaceThey were efficient and done in days as promised

Two years ago Airco Service installed two heat pumps and air handlers for me I spent numerous hours researching companies and manufacturers; as well as getting at least bids from A/C companies At the end of the day, Airco Service was the most customer orientated and had the best price for comparable equipment when compared to the other nineI continue to have Airco Service service my two units, and [redacted] V was the most friendly and honest service person I have ever met I highly recommend [redacted] V and Airco Service

I would like to share an experience I had with a company new to me who serviced my air conditioning system I have been experiencing long run times for my air conditioning unit since the unit was replaced in This week I contacted Airco Service, Incat the recommendation of a friend Today [redacted] came to my home to evaluate my system He had some special equipment which he used to evaluate my unit He compared the unit size and air flow to my home size [redacted] was able to optimize my unit performance with his equipment which caused the unit to perform as it was designed [redacted] was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to explain his work to me where even I understood I am thankful for a company like Airco Service, Incand [redacted] who provided me with a unit operating at peak performance and peace of mind the unit will keep my home comfortable without the unit in constant operation

I called for [redacted] Tuesday 3-23-and was told by Mrs [redacted] that she was in Ireland I told her that we would refund the dollars as requested she stated that, that would be fine, I have not had any communications with [redacted] , [redacted] our plumbing supervisor has been dealing with thisI have meet the request made on the initial complaint as requested and now it changesI talked to the [redacted] and this was resolved MATTER RESOLVED PER REQUEST [redacted] Airco Service Inc

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/17) */ Airco was called out for service at the customers house on a no cool callupon checking the equipment we found a dirty filter, the customer normally changes as he stated and we left it out if we would have had that size on the truck we would have offered to change it however it was affecting the units operationWe also found that the wall that the thermostat was on was leaking air into the back of the thermostat and needed to be sealed and thermostat reinstalled that was explained to the customer a couple of time as he was having a difficult time understanding what was needed we sealed up the hole and checked out the equipment for proper operation and that is what he was charge forThe customer was informed and given a price for the repair and authorized the repair prior to the repair being made Please see attached John Boyce Airco Service Inc Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/08/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) When I called, I stated my thermostat was showing temps at but was coolingThat is the reason why I said they could come on Monday I did not need them Friday when I called because it was coolingIf they did not have a required filter size, why did they take the one I had off and leave me with no filterThe filter was abit dirty but I do not think it was affecting airflowI change them constantlyThey say they sealed the hole, I still have the same problem I hadIt did not make any differenceYes I paid after arguing about the costs but what was I supposed to do, tell the technician I am not paying and send him parking?On the leaking air explanation they gave me, it made no senseThey said that even though my thermometer was cooling, the leaking air read the air temperature in the atticAttic temperature is over 90, my temp was So after all they did, my unit is the same as before they did anything, which means technically they did nothing and should have only charged for inspection, which I had called forAnother thing, why did they not tell me about their findings before fixingI have never had service where someone comes to your home, gets a problem, states they fixed it, then talk to you about their findings when all is doneI was there all alongWhy dint he mention to me what he found wrongOnly time he talked to me was when I opened the door to him and when he was giving me a billWhat if I did not want to fix what they thought was wrongI believe I have a right to decide to fix or not to fix and that is also an option I was not given Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/08/20) */ I have answered the customer's complaint and if there is still a problem we will send someone back out to review our repair at no chargeThe customer never called us to review the charges, the service but can write the Revdex.com without and without any conversation being hadthis is unacceptable that a customer would immediately write the Revdex.com without any attempt to contact a business to remedy the issue but rather try to intimidate the business into a refund by accusing a company of unethical business practicesWe were called out by the customer to find a problem and remedy our technician found the equipment working properly but the wall temp by the stat was hot and was effecting the thermostats readings this was explained to the customer times as he was having trouble understanding and we made the repair and he paid us for out workIf there is a problem we would be glad to recheck the issue John Boyce Airco Service inc Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 11, 2015/09/02) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The business is trying to make me sound as if I am lying but I am notI do not want any money back from them and I would prefer never to deal with them ever again I just want the people in the public to know what might happen to them for choosing this businessOn the first reply to my complaint they stated "The customer was informed and given a price for the repair and authorized the repair prior to the repair being" This is a lieThe only time the technician talked to me was when he came to my house, asked where my conditioning unit and stuff was and when he gave me the billWhen I asked him why he did not tell me what was wrong, had to be fixed and how much it would cost, instead of just doing it and giving the explanation later his answer was "we always go ahead and fix the problem we get because if we tell before fixing, people sometimes just pay us for an inspection and find someone cheaper to do it or do it themselves since we already told them what the problem is"Why would they explain to me what needed to be repaired and the cost before they did it and I end up having to be given an explanation three times to understand then say go ahead? it does not make senseThey explained three times after giving me the bill and doing the claimed repair they made which truthfully was pretty much nothing done and that is why I needed three explanations to understand which I still did notI also know I have a right to say if a problem I have with my unit needs to be fixed or not something they violated by doing it without then telling me later what they did On the second reply they gave, first they did not answer my question why the technician provided the services he claimed to perform before me authorizing him to go ahead, and never told me of his findings till he presented me the billSecondly, they claim that I never called to review charges which is a lieI called Airco immediately after I got they gave me the billI made the call on 8/3/at 4.19PM and argued for minutesI have the call log on my phone stillThe customer service attendant told me yes they charge $for inspection but that did not include the technicians services, something which was totally different from my original inquiry where they told me charge is $and if repairs are made they use the $and any other amount it went over $ so I am not trying to intimidate the business and yes I did contact the company and they told me My charges stood, they were sorry if It was not what I was told and I had to pay over the phone before the technician left, so I paidAll I am doing is letting people know what kind of experience I had and maybe would save them the dilemma of having an experience as meI do not want a refund from them and I do not want to ever deal with them and I hope as many people out there can read what they did to me and know what they are getting into or what they my encounter by requesting their services

High professional technician, he expleined the work that was performing and the justification for each change

Just completed the installation of a new Lennox system in our home this afternoon...our Airco Service Pro [redacted] did a great job[redacted] came out and provided us with a detailed estimate which included four equipment options...once we made a decision the job was scheduled immediately[redacted] and his assistant arrived on time and started to work immediately...they worked all day and told us they would return the following morning to complete the work...the next morning they arrived on time and finished just after noon...the new system is cooling nicely and it's super quiet...the old system was removed, taken away and our home was left clean and neat...we've known the Boyce family for many years...this is the second system we have purchased from Airco...they've provided excellent service through the years and done everything they promised...we have and will continue to recommend Airco to everyone...we couldn't be more pleased...thanks!

Airco Service out of Tulsa, Oklahoma was the most professional, honest and value priced firm that we canvassed prior to a complete replace of our HVAC system The warranty combined with knowledgeable staff and installers was worth the bit extra over the mediocre bids that we received

I recently had Airco out for a routine winter service and to check an issue I had been having with the heater remaining on overnightAfter the technician performed the winter service he stated that the problem with my heater staying on overnight was that I needed a new blower which would be $This was a surprise to me as the unit is a model and I had zero issues with the blowerI asked for another technician to come out to confirm the issue and he determined that is was not the blower however he did not find what the issue wasI had another HVAC company come out the next week who took their time to discover what the problem wasThe problem was a faulty circuit board which cost me $with labor to fix

AIRCO & the crew they sent to our rural home in Okmulgee County, did an excellent job repairing our Heat & Air unit I have recommend AIRCO to all of our friends & neighbors!!! ***, [redacted] & his crew, [redacted] & everyone who worked at our home were GREAT!

My A/C went out in the afternoon of the last warm day of the season I am a maintenance customer of Airco and called for service They were booked for regular hours, but were scheduled as soon as possible They arrived shortly after 5, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (a faulty capacitor on the compressor), prepared the invoice electronically (with the discount) and were on their way in no time Thanks to [redacted] and ***

Airco responded to an emergency water leak under the house, we repaired that issue after picking up the needed supplies, we installed a new hose bib as requested and repair a drip on the cold water side of the Tub faucet which was the right side valve and left a couple of days later the left side of the Tub faucet evidently started leaking as seen in the pictures that the customer sent us via e-mail it clearly shows the customer working on the Left hand valve "side" of the Tub faucet, reason that the screw was rusted on was that side was not leaking when we were there otherwise we would have replaced itI just spoke with Mrs ***, as [redacted] is in Ireland and Airco will refund the customer the $as requested to resolve this matter [redacted] Airco Service Inc

My heating system was serviced by [redacted] Vof Airco Service Inc., and I am very pleased with the way [redacted] explained everything to me very patientlyHe installed my CO alarm, put in a new filter, and checked out the furnace to make sure everything was working correctly

We wanted to have a standby generator for our home We looked at all of the options on the Internet and saw some pretty bad reviews We contacted Airco and a guy by the name of [redacted] came to our home [redacted] was extremely knowledgeable and helpful He explained that Airco has a generator serviceman that has been trained at the factory and that they install the generator to factory specifications Airco has over generators currently running in the area [redacted] assured us that we could purchase an extended warranty and that they would take care of any problems that we had The installers showed up on time and got right to work They made it look easy It took all day to install the generator, but they took the time to talk to me and explain everything They made it very easy and were very helpful These guys KNOW what they are doing

I just had the most horrible experience with Airco For the past years or so have used this company with good experienceOn Monday of this week, a new AC unit was ordered, I requested the warranty to two individuals from that office on the phone ..Was assured that I would have year warranty on compressorNow, after having unit installed, the warranty is only years?!!! My experience now tells me that those individuals in the office need excessive training on their products that they are pedalingThose individuals in the field do good work however, the office staff needs to be replaced!!!!! How can a person work in the office and not know how it operates? If the the person only sets up appointments, then they should NEVER offer advice on something they have NO clue onMy first doubt should have come when they never showed the day they said they would install the unit Not until I called to ask where they were did they find the work order I will take my business somewhere else!!!!!!

IN RESPONSE THAT WE DID NOT TALK TO THE HUSBAND, THAT IS INCORRECTWE WENT BY THE HOUSE TO CONFIRM THAT THE OKIE LOCATE HAD BEEN DONE THE DAY BEFORE WE BEGAN WORK, AND THEN AT THAT TIME, [redacted] HAD TO GO TO THE HUSBANDS WORK, SO THAT HE COULD GET THE CONTRACT SIGNED, AS HE WAS NOT HOME, SO THE HUSBAND KNEW THAT THE WORK WAS COMMENCING, AND HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO HAVE INSURANCE LOOK AT ITON TOP OF THAT, THEY HAD OVER A WEEK FROM THE TIME WE GAVE THE ESTIMATE, UNTIL THE TIME THEY GAVE APPROVAL FOR THE WORK, AND US TO HAVE OKIE LOCATE OUT, AND US START, THAT THEY COULD HAVE HAD IT LOOKED AT BY THEIR INSURANCE COMPANYI ASKED OUR MANAGER, AND THEY HAVE NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT ANY TREE DAMAGE, AND HE DID NOT SEE ANY WHEN HE WAS OUT THERE WITH [redacted] ON THE LAST CALL.ONCE THE WORK WAS COMPLETE, THE HUSBAND GAVE US A CHECK, AND SAID IT WAS NOT GOOD, HE NEEDED TO TRY AND GET A LOAN FROM THE BANK, SO DO NOT CASH ITA FEW DAYS LATER HE CALLED AND SAID HE ONLY GOT APPROVE FOR $1500, SO WE TRIED GETTING HIM FINANCED WITH ONE OF OUR COMPANIES, AND HE WAS APPROVED FOR $3550, BUT WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE REMAINING BALANCE OF $FROM THEM.WE HAVE BEEN BACK THREE TIME SINCE TO CLEAR BLOCKAGE OF WIPES THAT APPEAR TO BE CLOGGING THE LINES UNDER THE HOUSE NOT AT THE BACK YARD REPAIR AREA ALL AT NO CHARGE AND GAVE THE AN ESTIMATE ON REPLACING THE OLD SEWER LINE UNDER THE HOUSE TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM WE HAVE NOT HEARD OF ANY PROBLEMS SINCE OUR LAST TRIP OUTWE DID MAKE THE REPAIRS PER OUR PROPOSAL AND WOULD LIKE TO BE PAID FOR THAT WORK WE WARRANTY OUR WORK BUT THEIR PROBLEM IS IN THE SEWER LINE UNDER TH HOUSE NOT AT THE BACK OF THE YARD THAT WE REPAIRED/REPLACED [redacted] ***AIRCO SERVICE INC PLEASE SEE ATTACHED

I am very pleased with my new heating and air conditioning system Installation went very smoothly [redacted] and [redacted] seemed very capable and were very respectful of my home They arrived when they said they would and let me know when they were leaving They protected my property where necessaryI would definitely recommend Airco Service
