[redacted] was our service call technicianHe was most helpful and took the time to explain the air filters that our unit usesHe also showed me some additional features on our thermostat

Yesterday I wrote a review of Airco with a negative attitude, today I can write another review with a positive attitude. Mr. [redacted] Boyce, one of the owners of Airco has offered a very workable warranty to my problem. I thank Mr. Boyce for the prompt action in handling this situation. His company does have integrity and I will now continue to use the company whenever the situation arises.

[redacted] recently checked out our new HVAC installations and programmed the new Lennox controllers He was most patient in teaching my wife and I the system so that we could make adjustments as desired He is intelligent, respectful, and courteous He was also resourceful in that we were adding a new unit to an existing system and combining them so that either one could be controlled from either station This required factory input using the computer I can't imagine a more pleasant experience He is the type of young man that any parent would hope for their son to emulate

[redacted] and his installation team just finished a day project at our homeThey were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and respectfulThey did a great job and we couldn't be more pleased

Revdex.com: Whenever we spoke with [redacted] , the plumber, prior to digging up the line he kept insisting he was "90% sure" that the damage to the line was caused by ONG and that they would document everything once the damage was reached When I arrived the day they started digging up the line, [redacted] informed me that the line looked like the damage was done by something other than age but it could not be proven I told him at that time to contact my husband Up until that point, we had been led to believe the damage would be covered by ONG We did not have the opportunity to have the insurance look at the line because we had been assured it would not be necessary by [redacted] He never contacted my husband as I requested the day of digging so we could have an insurance adjuster look at the damage We did not have the money for this expense because we were assured it would be damage caused by ONG, arrangements had to be made to cover the unexpected cost, which takes time Helping us find financing would not have been necessary if the work had been handled properly in the first place We were told not to worry about the additional $unless we were satisfied with the work and had not received a call back from the business since We did not notice the tree damage until after the initial work was complete It could have easily been pointed out to them during their last trip out here if they had asked As for the clog, we had no plumbing issues until the collapse outside the house We were told that the line would be cleared at no charge because of the high cost of the rest of the work We were told the lines were cleared from the house to the back the first time and it should work properly It was not our fault that additional trips had to be made to ensure that their claim was accurate The best I can say for this situation is that our plumbing is now working.Sincerely, [redacted]
