The system by mistake charged the customer twiceThe customer is correctWe were notified that the customer disputed one of the charges with her credit card company, so she will receive a refund through our credit card processor, PayPal, and the charge will be reversedWe cannot issue a refund at this point because she will automatically get a refund on her credit card, so if we issued a refund, she would get a double refund
