I am so pleaased
Because none of the big box stores had the size filter I needed, I was a bit skeptical about being able to get the size I needed in a short time., but I am so happy I ordered from airfiltersdelivered.com. I was able to order the size (1X12X32) and the quality I was looking for...and I got exactly that. It took a bit longer than expected; I called customer service, they gave me the tracking number, offered to replace the shipment, which I declined, and I received the shipment within a couple of days, as the rep and I thought would happen. I will only use Airfiltersdelivered.com from now on.

Poor service
After ordering two filters from airfiltersdelivered, I was told they were being manufactured and would be shipped as soon as possible. It took another twelve days before they indicated the filters had been shipped the day before. When they arrived, the box was wrapped in a single strand of USPS tape because the very thin shipping box had been crushed during shipping. Both filters were severely crushed and bent. I firmly believe they are now useless. I contacted airfiltersdelivered on Sept 10th and got an automated response within a few minutes alerting me to a response delay caused by Covid-19 of up to five business days. Yesterday was the sixth business with no response from airfiltersdelivered. My advise, avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered two (2) air filters on Jul 6, 2020. My credit card was charged $43.90. I have not received any filters, refund, or correspondence/update.
On Jul 6, 2020, I ordered two (2) *** air filters online from Air Filters Delivered. My order number was/is ***. My credit card was charged $43.90. I was supposed to receive the air filters within three days. On Jul 30, 2020, I sent an email to Air Filters Delivered and got an auto reply that I would be contacted within five days. As of today, Aug 12, 2020, I have not received my filters, a refund, an update, or any other form of correspondence Air Filters Delivered.

Desired Outcome

I want the air filters I ordered and paid for, or a refund.

We sincerely apologize for the poor experience. We had an issue where tracking labels were created and misplaced and have been trying to track down all the orders this affected. We are getting the order together to send out right away and have issued a full refund for the order (screenshot attached). I have alerted the customer about these updates and will also update him again as soon as I get the tracking number from our shipping department.

The response is reasonable and fair.

Ordered 6 air filters for almost $63. When I finally received the filters, 5 of the 6 filters were damaged beyond repair. I've contacted them twice via email and phone. No response at all.
Here is a copy of the emails I've sent......... Along with their response at the bottom.

I was happy to receive my filter order today... that is until I opened the box to find 5 of the 6 filters damaged. Bent, splitting seams and in one case the metal screen was severely bent. The actual packaging, though poor, was in fairly good shape which leads me to believe that the filters were damaged pre-shipping.
Please either replace the filters or reimburse me for the order.

This company sold me (6) Air Conditioner Filters that were the wrong size and refuse to refund me or exchange the (6) bad ones they sent to me.
I have complained to them three times by email and twice by regular mail. The only response was from their Customer Support Person at this phone number 855-740-0855. who told me that they do not accept returns of any kind. In the first call to them they told me that they were sorry for the mix-up on the filter sizes and they would send me a return label so I could return the wrong size filters and they would replace all six of them with the correct sizes including the one that was severely smashed in shipment. I was very surprised to experience the dis-respectful attitude that was shouted at me over the phone by one of their employees. I was told that if I could not afford a quality filter then don't complain about the cheap ones.that they sell. He added, "you get what you pay for".Since then about two weeks ago they answer the phone tell me to hold and then cut me off. I don't have time to play their games....I just want them to take the bad filters back and refund me the $62.12 I paid them.

Send me prepaid *** or *** Label to ship them back and refund me the $ 62.27 that they charged me for the wrong filters.

I believe this complaint was meant for our other site factorydirectfilters.com as that is the only site that has an order for and received an email from *** (order number*** and case number*** emails received on 7/9/20 and 7/23/20 both attached).

We do accept returns and we always replace orders for free when they are damaged. I am wondering if it is possible the wrong number was called because we do not have a male employee on our customer service team and we don't have record of receiving a call from the number provided. We did unfortunately close the email case that was opened because it was missed that the return request was at the bottom of the email below our promotion email content. The case was closed before the second email was received on 7/23/20 and our system did not reopen the case which we will look in to. We sincerely apologize for this oversight!

The damaged filters can be kept and disposed of as the customer sees fit, we will initiate the refund for the order immediately. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reappear in your account

PEAK COVID-19!! Ordered 4/12/20, rec'd 4/22/20-great service, product & turnaround time, even w/COVID! Was thrilled to find MERV13 fabric for making masks w/out cutting up filters! Needed masks for work but none avail, so making masks w/filter pockets for coworkers & several vulnerable friends. Ordering 4 more today!! THANK YOU for making fabric available to meet such a critical need!!!

I'm also wondering if this is a scam or legit?

Ordered a filter on 06 APR 2020 via online via guest account.
Creditcard charged instantly.
Supposed to get an email from them with the order info/receipt.
24 hours later, 07 APR 2020 emailed their customer service with the order copy that was saved when I ordered.
Got an auto reply from the customer service acknowledging my email and informing me it could take up to 3 business days for reply.
After awaiting almost a week (16 APR 2020), I have not heard back from them.
I really don't know when will I get my order delivered if this is a real business?
I'm about to contact my credit card company to report this fraud charges if I don't hear from them by 20 APR 20. This gives them more than 5 business days to respond.

I would like to thank the Revdex.com at Orlando to get connected with the Air Filters Delivered customer service.
I would also like to thank the Air Filters for responding to my concerns.
However as of 22 APR 2020 3:45 PM EDT, I have not been contacted or heard from the company regarding my order.
As I mentioned in the original review concerned, I ONLY received ONE email from them which was AUTO response from the system which acknowledged that they had received my email.
All the dates stated above (4/11 and 4/16) either total lies or sent to some random person.
The company has my email along with my address where my order should be delivered.
For God's sake, please don't lie.

Absolute worst customer service!!! First time the filters were sent to the wrong location. Customer service no help at all. Couldn't even tell me the address the filters were shipped to? After much effort problem was corrected. Suddenly periodic shipment of filters stopped arriving. Was told the company changed order platforms and all order plans were deleted...with no no notices to customers as all. Again, customer service personnel acted like is was no big deal and they didn't care if I was upset at all. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!

Filters ordered did not fit even thought I ordered the correct size for my Trane unit.
I was advised by Del Air to order my AC filters through Air Filters Delivered. The size requirement needed was 26 x 20 x 1. The company's sizing guide had me order a 20 x 26 x 1. Same size. What was not told to me at the time of ordering was I had to indicate an "under cut" for the filters to work. This was a custom order because of the size. You cannot get these at ***,,***,etc. What was not made clear was the "under cut" issue. As a result I paid $87 dollars for filters that will do work. In talking with the supervisor Mary, she admitted the filters would not work because of the under cut. I waited 15 days after I ordered to get the incorrect filters and now I am told I cannot return them for a refund.

I would like a refund or filters with the under cut that will work in my Trane.

Sold defective furnace filter.
I ordered an air filter. Took 30 days, and phone calls to find out were my order was, for a non customized filter. I received a Filter that looks like it was pieced together, and does not function as advertised.

Brand new properly made filter that meets the specs specified.

Completely unreliable. Not sure if this is a scam or not. Charged my credit card the same day I ordered, but after 8 days have not filled the order. Did not respond to my email and gave me the run around on the phone. I question whether this is a legitimate business or not.

Theft of 48.79 not credited or refunded from July to Dec and still ongoing
July 17 I ordered 48.79 worth of airfilters. CONFO numer *** and paid in full on my *** credit card. I emailed to cancel 23July. They advertised the product would be delivered in 5 days and that was not the case. I have NOT received my refund of 48.79 as of DEC 4 2018. I spoke with ANA online in customer service. NO REFUND. 17 Sep I spoke with Jennifer at x 5144 and she promised the refund. NO REFUND. 17 Oct I called and talked with KEvin. I was reassured that his supervisor authorized the credit to my *** card. NO REFUND. Today 4 Dec I called again and spoke with Kevin at AFD customer service and was told my refund WENT TO ***!!!!??? WHAT...I paid with *** card. So after Kevin put me on hold he talked with a supervisor and said they had noooo idea where my refund was. WHAT!!!???? This is THEFT and complete insubordination.

The customer disputed this charge on July 23rd and was issued a refund, the dispute was closed by July 30th. The dispute was not known to the customer service team as it handled on ***, which is used to process all charges done through our site. When the customer called in today to advise of the lack of refund, we immediately tried to process a refund but were unable to because of the charge back done in July. We raised the matter through *** with the concern of having an unhappy customer and found the charge was reversed when she initially filed the charge back. Please see attachment for the result of the case opened by ***.

I ordered filter for my furnace on9-26-2018. Called around 10-2. Lady said it was on ***. I tracked it
Now my del. date is in seven more days
I was led to believe it would be a 5 to 7 day delivery. Now it will be at least 3 weeks. It cant
be that hard to get delivered. I am 74 years old
and need my filters as snow is coming next week.
Folks should know how perplexing it could be in wintertime with almost a month to wait for filters
if needed. We have limited budget and order when
needed, not to store them.

An apology and explain why it takes more than 3 weeks to deliver some lightweight filters.

Havent even recieved my filters yet. Ordered 15 days ago and not even shipped. Would not recommend this company to anyone. When I reached out asking about where my filters are I got a generic email stating they would be shipped in another 5 days. Terrible customer support considering didn't even get an explanation or apology. Spend your money else where. For the time taken I assume they probably have these made in China and shipped over here. Just to clarify I order almost. $90 worth of goods and transaction had processed through my back next day. Very very disappointed.

We have also looked up any possible charges under your name but have found none. Please advise if you were provided with an order number so we have review this information and see where things may have gone wrong.

I have not received my order after a month and have called twice and have been told they would ship the following Monday and still not shipment.
I placed my order on 7/21/18 and they debited my account on 7/23/18. I received an email stating my order would ship in 5 to 7 days. I then received an email on 7/27/18 that my order was delayed another 4 to 6 days. I called customer service on 8/2 and spoke with Anna. She said they were behind in orders and she would speak with her manager to expedite my order. I was told I would receive an email with the tracking information that following Monday. When they order again did not ship, I called back on 8/9/18. Anna again took my call and again told me they were behind. She said she would have the shipping manager expedite my order and it would ship on 8/13/18 and that I would see a confirmation email. The order still has not shipped as of 8/18/18.

I would like my air filters delivered by 8/25/18. I would also like their Revdex.com rating reduced as they clearly are fraudulent when they provide shipping information.

I have not received my order that I was charged for on July 12, 2018 and now they have charge my card again for a August order that was cancelled.
order numbers *** and ***. Charged on July 12, 2018 and still have not received order. when I contacting them I was told they did not have the material to make my order. I asked for a refund and did not receive it. Then I received notice of my August shipment, so I called and cancelled August shipment and was told it would be cancelled, Then on 8-12-2018 they charged my card and sent a email stating that my next order was on the way, I still hove not received my July Order! Called customer service and was put on extended holds and emails not answered, however a confirmation email stating they received my email was sent to me so I know they got it. This company is also doing business as Factory Direct Filters or factorydirectfilters.com you can go to either site and put order information in and it pulls up info and acct.

the payment amount is $ 32.82 for each order.

Got a response via e-mail apologizing for product delay on 8/6/18. Received another e-mail stating the products would be mailed by EOW on 8/10/18 followed up with an e-mail with tracking information. Nothing was received. Attempted to contact again today 8/13/18 with no response. I will not wait anymore on any more excuses. I gave then over a week after requesting a refund to rectify the order and it is still not filled.

I ordered 12 air filters size 1"X20"X20" and 6 air filters 1"X20"X25" with a Merv 13 rating. These are very common sizes.

Purchased product never delivered, no refund provided, no answer to emails or phone calls. This company is a storefront fraud.
I ordered a 6 pack of air filters through *** from this entity on 7/28/18 for $33.93. Promised delivery was 8/7/18 by fed ex and it was never received. In fact it was never shipped. Three messages on *** have not been responded to. Two emails to their support email have not been responded to. A call to their offices resulted in a 20 minute hold with no indication anyone was there at all to answer. I have filed complaints with *** the FTC and *** challenging the charge. I highly suggest the states consumer protection division investigate this entity for consumer fraud.

A full refund and this entity sanctioned, fined or closed for consumer fraud including but not limited state and federal charges being brought against it's principals and agents committing fraud on consumers.

None of your response addresses the lack of responsiveness to my many inquiries on several platforms. Regarding your raw material excuse you don't make the product you simply distribute them so that is not something you can claim. Lastly if the item is still listed on your sites and not available your are fraudulently inducing businesss. I believe your entity should be fined and or censored or sanctioned beyond making me wait and waste my time and efforts. I am an attorney and bill at $215 an hour at my generous rounding I spent at least 3 hours hounding you and filing complaints. Where is the compensation for my time?
