Ordering was very simple and I appreciate the auto subscription ordering so I don't have to remember to buy more filters. Half the filters arrived banged up but that was from the shipping.

I ordered from this company for the first time. After about two weeks, I called and they said the filters were on the way. They then sent me an email saying the filters were delivered, and gave me a bogus tracking number (***) for*** Of course, the tracking number was not valid. When I tried to call them, no answer. I called VISA and reversed the charges. What a scam. Do not order from these people!
Terribly slow. I ordered my items 2 weeks ago and their website says they are still "Pending Shipment". Has been in that status for a couple days. I suggest you order else where.
Awful. Avoid at all cost. My furnace requires an uncommon size of air filter. In the past I have had issues with other companies sending me the wrong size filters. On their airfiltersdelivered.com they have their 18 x 18 x 1 filters listed with an actual size of 17 3/4" x 17 3/4" x 3/4". This will JUST BARELY fit my system, almost too small. So I contacted their customer service to verify that this is in fact the correct size as other companies have this size listed and then send 17 1/2". I was put on hold for 5 minutes and customer service hopped back on and assured me that 17 3/4" was the actual size. I ordered a 12 pack and received my order in 10 business days. Open it up and it is 17 1/2". I contact customer service again and tell them what happened and they said that they were sorry and they sent the wrong ones. They said they would rush ship the correct filters to me right away. After waiting 5 business days I contact customer service I am told that the filters would ship the following Monday (4 business days away) and that I would receive them late the following week or early the week after that. So it would be 14-16 more business days for a rush shipment...I cancelled my order got a refund and will never order from there again. I suggest no one else does either. Save yourself the headache.
Customer purchase his order on Feb. 6th and it was shipped out on Feb 7th. According to our website the actual size of our 18x18x1 M8 air filters is 17 7/8" x 17 7/8" x 3/4". The customer called back in on 2/13 stating that the size that the size he received did not match what we were advertising so we placed a custom order for this customer for 17 7/8" x 17 7/8" x 3/4". Custom made filters typically take 5 business days to make and the customer called back two days later upset that it has not shipped yet. We do not have a way to 'rush shipment' orders. The replacement order that was placed would have shipped no later than 2/20 which is 5 business days later.
We are very sorry that we were not able to make Joseph Ealing happy with our product. We here at Air Filters Delivered are always happy to try to our best to accommodate our customers when we are able to.

At no point in the conversation I had was it ever mentioned that it was a custom filter. Customer "service" told me that they sent me pleated filters which are 17 1/2" instead of wire back filters and that they would send me wire backs. Not once mentioning it was a custom order. What's more when I asked if they can rush ship the order, customer "service" told me they would. At no point did they say they could not or would not do that. I doubled checked the transcripts of the online chat with customer "service" to make sure I am not just remembering things incorrectly and I am not. So instead of lying again, like you did when you told me you checked the size of the filters that you clearly didn't check, maybe you should be honest with people instead of just trying to make a sale. Again, awful awful awful.
