Revdex.com spoke to Abraham at business and the following was relayed: Consumer was sent email booking trip from [redacted] to the addressThe customer misunderstood the email, we do not book round tripHe was quoted $for the one way of which he only paid $We accepted it and he was informed that a return trip would be $He did not want to pay that and was informed to contact a different taxiHe did and was quoted $for the one wayIt is not reasonable to think that the cost of that trip should be $each way

5:15am, and inquired where the cab was the operator said "I will look into it" and hung up on meIf they had been there why wouldn't the operator have stated that when I calledAlso, where is their response to the fact that I would like to be reimbursed for the $They didn't address that at all

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I believe they are truly concerned with this matter, and the resolution was handled quickly & professionally.

I contacted the company for a car service from O'Hare to Milwaukee. They asked for flight info and I paid in advance. They showed up 2 hours after the flight arrived, with alot of excuses. I contacted them to see if they would rebate part of the fee. I was told that they wished I hadn't called and don't call again and hung up on me. Their slogan is "on time all the time". I guess when that does not work just be as rude as possible to your customer!
