Civic Type R 2019
We recieved our Air Suspension for the 2019 Honda Civic Type R in February. When we got to the installation process in July, the indiviual installing our air suspension stated that the parts (bellows) they gave us were wrong. They were meant for a 10th Gen Civic versus a Type R. I personally let this go because indeed mistakes happen and so they sent the right one out as soon as they could. It was now the first week of August when I finally found another mechanic who would be willing to work on the car again. This time when the parts came in, another issue popped up again. This time a piece needed to be milled down in order for it to fit my car (as shown in the photo below).

For several days and weeks, I spent arguing with not just the indiviual who was helping us coordinate this but also the manager. They kept insisting on proof, evidence, follow ups, and put a lot of pressure on me personally to get the mess they created figured out. They told us to go to a machinist, do this do that, but none of the recommendations that they suggested were working. After several emails and calls, I still felt like I was not being heard enough. I felt negative gender sterotypes emitting from their staff and the customer service they offered. The mananger and the coordinator questioned the efforts of my mechanic, his work, and my own findings insisting that they need more.

At the end of the day, I was forced to withdraw the case because I did not want to have that headache over my head. When the talk about compensation started, reciepts were needed (which is fine), but it was adressed by me versus offered by their customer service representative. For a month and maybe a little bit more, there was so much back and forth which me as a customer suffered that loss of time. Airtekk did not hear me enough, did not recognize the issue enough, and instead I felt that they were looking to prolong the issue as long as possible. When the talk about, "why haven't you contacted me?" "where is the follow up?" came from my end, one of the responses was, "you are not the only customer I have to deal with, I have others too." So, does that mean that Airtekk undermines one customer at the expense of others.

Overall, I do not recommend airtekk to anyone. After this last car show, I will be selling my air suspension as I do not want to represent their brand nor do I want to have it on my car. At Driven (for those of you in Canada), I will make sure I give an honest view of what this company has put me through when asked.

Worse rim company ever
Placed a order in dec. 6 to 8 weeks they said. 5 months later no wheels nothing but a waste of time. Please do not do business with them they are the worse company

I was able to get the rear brake lines after over months of the company leading me onThey straight up lied to me about the lines coming in and being wrongThen they were supposed to ship them and never didI finally got a hold of [redacted] on his personal cell and he told me the lines shipped out on May **, This was on Thursday May ***I responded right back immediately asking for a tracking number and didn't hear anythingI sent him a text or left him a voicemail for an entire weekI then got a hold of a different employee at the companyI explained the situation and that I was going to get custom lines made by [redacted] because I didn't think [redacted] really shipped the linesThis employee ( [redacted] ) said to forward them the [redacted] bill and that they would pay for it regardless if [redacted] shipped them or notI asked him if I could get it in writing and he said "Sure, just send me an email and I'll reply back"I sent the email immediately after the callAfter an hour with no response I called back and [redacted] said he was driving but it would be done in half an hourThat is the last I heard from [redacted] So fed up, I shipped the short brake lines and a set of aftermarket stock brake lines I had to [redacted] on Wednesday May ***I texted both [redacted] and [redacted] the tracking number telling them both I was unhappy and that I would be sending them the billI didn't hear anythingOn Friday when my package is scheduled to arrive at [redacted] calls and gives me a tracking numberI was upset because [redacted] already had the short linesSo I called [redacted] and explained the situation to themThey agreed to hold the lines until the Airtekk ones came inThey would make the custom ones if the Airtekk's didn't show, or came in and were wrongI checked the tracking number from [redacted] and it was legit, however it shows the package being shipped out on May ***This was days after it was supposedly "shipped" and after I gave both of them a tracking number for the lines I sent to [redacted] The lines finally did come from Airtekk and they fitBut they wasted months of my car being down and in the end cost me ~$to ship lines to [redacted] and to pay to have them shipped backI would like this shipping money back and I would like my complaints visible online for the world to read Also the town on the invoice is [redacted] **IDK why their website/their invoice/and [redacted] searching their company all show different towns In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Probably one of the best airsuspenion companies in the market.
Place my order 5 months ago, rides amazing on the stage 2 kit for my Subaru. The team over at Airtekk actually walked me thru their difference kits and also their instructions are rather easy. As for build time was just accurate as well.
I've recommended 3 of my other friends as well and so far we are making a team on bags. BagBros lol But honestly can't thank you guys, shout out to Carmelo over at Airtekk.

Airtekk customer since 2012. Purchased Manifolds from the them and A Big brake kit with custom mounting brackets for my 71' chevy C10. Airtekk always came through with my project and even helped me sort out mistakes done by other shops even though it was not their responsibility. Wether you have import or domestic, stock or custom, these guy will make it happen.

I have a 1985 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. I thought they only deal with imports but no even no they do it all. I was one of those customers that had a lot of question and they answered them all. I'm very happy with their product and service. I have recomend them to my friends and they are all happy with their product and service.

I purchased a stage 1 kit from airtek a year ago and they have been so good never an issue and they ride amazing. Great quality craftsmanship and there just so presentable. I travel a lot with the vehicle and they keep there promise. They can handle anything. Customer service is great and I will buy another set up for my next vehicle

Airtekk is Absolutely the place for custom automotive needs. They really know how to take care of their customers and meet high standards. I have 2 of my lexus vehicles with Airtekk’s air ride system and a lexus RCF with there true coilover system. The quality of craftsmanship is outstanding and very well made. The ride quality on them are very smooth and not bouncy like other companies. I highly recommend Airtekk for anyone looking for air ride, wheels, bbk’s, coilovers and more.

Airtekk is an amazing company and they also have the cheapest air struts on the market with great ride quality you honestly can’t beat their slim bellow bags which allows you to run wide wheels without any issues..very honest company when it comes to part issues and shipping and delivery times

Since I’ve heard about Airtekk I’ve have two cars with their air suspension and never had one complaint about it! Both Altima coupe and Infiniti G37 on their air struts and the ride is amazing better than factory if you ask me. They were very helpful in choosing which setup I should go with and were very fast with shipping, it showed up a week before it was suppose to arrive. I would and do recommend them to anyone who ask what air suspension I am on!

Good evening,
I just installed a Stage 1 kit on my 2017 Altima. The direct replacement struts were so simple to install, the “hardest part” was running/hiding the air lines from back to front, with keeping them tucked away.

Initially, the rear rode horrible- super stiff and bouncy/rough. After a week of trial and error, I decided to remove the rear coil springs. It now rides “better” but not “like a Cadillac” as everyone has promised me for years. So, your comment says your Altima rides “better than factory” - can you tell me what you did, or what I didn’t do to get a great ride out of my Altima. (I have bulging discs in my lower back, and I was sincerely hoping to get a better ride with the bags/struts. It’s somewhat frustrating, because I almost feel like I’m “worse now than before” and I’m over $2k in.

And help would be greatly appreciated,

Airtekk has proven its loyalty to go above and beyond in every interaction. Great prices with great quality. I’ve ordered 3 sets of air suspension for 3 different vehicles of mine. Recieved all fairly quickly! My first install the owner FaceTimed me for a hour to help teach me how to install my product. Talk about great customer service! I’ve since then been recommending Airtekk to all my car friends and the company has yet to dissatisfy anyone. Great company and great product!

I would like this shipping money back and I would like my complaints visible online for the world to read.

I am very disappointed at Airtekk Engineer representatives. My fiancé laced an order in March 2016 and still have not the air suspension installed. I recently got in contact with Airtekk representative,Lenny and explained the situation. He told me this case will be sent to headquarters so they can run an investigation and to call him back later on the week. I just called and he still haven’t received an updated and the waiting game still on. I also asked him to give me the number for headquarters and he said there is no direct number for headquarters,that he will be the one to contact.

Review: An order was placed for one of Airtekk's products - VP Kit; on May **, 2015. 1.5 months later on 7/*/2015, I received two boxes in the mail from Airtekk which consisted of just the front & rear air struts. My order should have came with the whole management system in order to install the product but it didn't; so I called Airtekk to report the issue, and I was told that their parts manager must have confused the order and forgot to include my management. I inquired how long it would take to receive the missing parts and I was then told that their parts manager was out of the office until the week of 7/*/2015 and when he returns, they will resolve the issue and ship the missing parts by Thursday - 7/* or Friday - 7/*. On 7/** I spoke with one of their representatives and requested an update. I was told that my management system and all required parts had shipped and that I should be receiving it soon. I requested tracking and they stated that they will issue my tracking number via email. It is now 7/** and I have yet to receive the rest of my order and I did not receive a tracking number as they stated they would provide. I have made numerous attempts to contact them and they do not answer their phones. I've sent emails and they do not respond. At this point, it has been a nightmare dealing with this company and they have given me nothing more than misleading information.Desired Settlement: At this point, it has been a little over two months since my initial order. I want either the rest of my order to be fulfilled as soon as possible, or issue a refund for the management system.

Review: I bought Air Ride suspention from this company. When I bought them I was quoted 3-4 weeks delivery to the door. The product did not arrive until 7-8 weeks later, and when it did it wasn't everything. The kit includes air struts and managment. They sent the air struts but didn't send the managment. Their excuse was pathetic. They were able to respond and pick up phone calls when I was ordering, but now that I call to ask where my stuff is I get no answers or email replies...I finally got in touch and they said it would be ANOTHER two weeks..and so I was trying to purchase something else instead of thay product to speed up the delivery date, and they hung up, and now are not picking up my phone calls, or answering emails. When I asked if I could be refunded they said that he has to talk to his manager and owner, and that he'll call me back, but they never call back. EVER.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to refund me for the MANAGMENT which I believe was 650 dollars. Since that's what I don't have and would have to wait a rediculous time for.
