Review: I ordered an air suspension kit on October 2014 the full payment was made through [redacted]!!.....I received the air management system but did not receive my struts and bags for this kit that I bought...I emailed called and texted but there was no reply all my emails was never answered.....I'm realy upset with this I just want what belongs to me the parts or my money back!!Desired Settlement: Please send my parts or refund my money in full

Review: I purchases a Rear Big Brake Kit for my vehicle (94 Mitsubishi 3000gt VR4) from Airtekk on Feb **, 2014 for $1520.00. I paid via [redacted]. It is a special bolt on kit made specifically for Mitsubishi 3000gts. It comes with rotors, calipers and special brake lines. I received the kit in late March and went to install it noticing the brake lines were too short to bolt up. I immediately contacted them on March [redacted]. They responded back in a few days asking for pictures which I provided immediately. Since then they have been giving me the run-around. They rarely pick up the phone, and rarely respond to my emails. When I do reach them they tell me they will check and call me back about the lines and they never do. They have been delaying due to several reasons ("guy was on vacation", "moving our business and can't find them", "the lines are coming but held up in customs", "they sent us the wrong lines so we need to order them again. how long should they be again?")While this is all going on it is now May [redacted] and my car has been off the road since the end of March. I've been driving a 14mpg truck to work. I just want my lines. It was a mistake on their end for not having the right size lines for a 3000gt specific kit. For the price I paid (also bought front kit for an additional $1600 but those fit fine) I would expect better customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the correct brake lines ASAP and I would like compensation for their mistake.

I was able to get the rear brake lines after over 2 months of the company leading me on. They straight up lied to me about the lines coming in and being wrong. Then they were supposed to ship them and never did. I finally got a hold of [redacted] on his personal cell and he told me the lines shipped out on May **, 2014. This was on Thursday May [redacted]. I responded right back immediately asking for a tracking number and didn't hear anything. I sent him a text or left him a voicemail for an entire week. I then got a hold of a different employee at the company. I explained the situation and that I was going to get custom lines made by [redacted] because I didn't think [redacted] really shipped the lines. This employee ([redacted]) said to forward them the [redacted] bill and that they would pay for it regardless if [redacted] shipped them or not. I asked him if I could get it in writing and he said "Sure, just send me an email and I'll reply back". I sent the email immediately after the call. After an hour with no response I called back and [redacted] said he was driving but it would be done in half an hour. That is the last I heard from [redacted].

So fed up, I shipped the short brake lines and a set of aftermarket stock brake lines I had to [redacted] on Wednesday May [redacted]. I texted both [redacted] and [redacted] the tracking number telling them both I was unhappy and that I would be sending them the bill. I didn't hear anything. On Friday when my package is scheduled to arrive at [redacted] calls and gives me a tracking number. I was upset because [redacted] already had the short lines. So I called [redacted] and explained the situation to them. They agreed to hold the lines until the Airtekk ones came in. They would make the custom ones if the Airtekk's didn't show, or came in and were wrong. I checked the tracking number from [redacted] and it was legit, however it shows the package being shipped out on May [redacted]. This was 7 days after it was supposedly "shipped" and after I gave both of them a tracking number for the lines I sent to [redacted] The lines finally did come from Airtekk and they fit. But they wasted 2 months of my car being down and in the end cost me ~$14 to ship lines to [redacted] and to pay to have them shipped back. I would like this shipping money back and I would like my complaints visible online for the world to read.

Also the town on the invoice is [redacted]. IDK why their website/their invoice/and [redacted] searching their company all show different towns.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Airtekk regarding complaint ID [redacted]. After getting the lines straightened out I was able to install the rotors. However they did not fit (despite being a "bolt on") kit. I sent them the attached email with pics. I even sent both phone numbers I have a text (since they never answer or respond to voice mails. After getting no response from them I brought the rotors to a machine shop to have them machined to fit. This cost me $70. I sent another email to Airtekk requesting them to pay for it. I even sent them a [redacted] voicemail. This was weeks ago and no one will respond to me.

Review: Advertising - The company's webpage for the exact air suspension kit gives false information about the product. I was also suggested this particular kit I purchased, and at no time in the many communications between me and the business was I informed that it did not come with key features that led me to choose this business. Once I brought it up, I was told "You don't need..." and "...that costs more." The features were the main selling point for me choosing this company and I was led to believe they would be included. They boast no cutting or welding also, but I had to do both. This was also not communicated to me at any time and I did not find out until after I had already partially installed the kit. This caused a delay and more resources to be used as it was not expected.

Customer Service - The order was not on time. I had to call multiple times to get updates on it. I had to contact the company may times to get updates on replacement parts. When there was an issue with shipping(many shipping issues each time in three separate shipments), I was the one who had to make contact. Sometimes it took over a week and multiple contacts to get a response. In the first eleven months of having the product, my vehicle was unusable for four of them. Then after another two or so weeks, I waited and never received a replacement when they sent me the wrong part. I had one strut break and it took two months to get the replacement. A week after getting it, another went broke, that one took around a month, and they sent the wrong one. They package the product very badly which caused damage to everything else in the box. They then tried to blame it on the shipping company. They sent an additional compressor to cover for the original one being damaged during shipping but that one was worse than the first one. They claimed the didn't know how that happened. I later found that to be untrue. The original compressor went out early last year, and I still have not been able to get it replaced or fixed.Desired Settlement: I would like to return everything in the original shipment for a full refund, minus the plates that had to be welded to my vehicle as well as the air lines that had to be installed. Leftover airlines would be returned. In addition to that I would like to be compensated for having to purchase replacement parts for my vehicle that have been permanently modified. Also a set of front tires that were prematurely worn due to the front struts breaking, and a nonrefundable entry fee to a show I was unable to attend due to the business sending me the wrong part.
