I have not been contacted by the airlinesI called the N.Yoffice after I contacted you and was told I would have to wait up to days to get a responseMy daughter received a response from them and I used her letter to send to my travel insurance agencyI am hoping they will accept her letter to get my refundI contacted Vayama, the travel agency I booked the tickets thru and Royal Air told them my flight had leftThe letter my daughter received from Royal Air stated our flight did not leave and we were sent to the wrong gate by Royal AirI am waiting on my travel insurance to see if they contacted Royal Air because I don't know what Royal Air will tell them as we have been told two completely different thingsI haven't heard anything from the airlines myself

I received my luggage to which my clothing was destroyed.? I was not able to receive a report from the airport and? Royal Air Maroc did not inform me until I called as to what information I needed to claim for damaged luggage.? ? ? ? Hello, Thank you for following upRoyal Air Maroc has contacted us and asked that we send proofHowever, they
are still very unresponsiveWe have both mailed and emailed the documents they requested that itemizes our loss and the amount they oweBut they have not informed us of when and how we shall be paidThey also have not informed us of how much reinbursement they are going to issue, so we are still left unsure if they are going to properly cover the damages owed to usThere communication is horrible for a company that has done so wrongThey are completely unsympathetic to the way we have been treated and continue to treat us and their responsibility to safely and accurately transport our luggage as issues that can be disregarded

They contacted me on 10/*"We acknowledge receipt of your claim and apologize for any inconvenience caused to you due to the mishandling of
your baggage.In the event that you are entitled to compensation, we kindly invite you to send us at the following e-mail address ***, the following documents by adding in the subject, the reference of your file:-Baggage identification tag.-Written notice of discontinuance signed by your insurance.By regretting the inconvenience caused, please accept, Dear ** *** ***, the assurance of our highest consideration, and we look forward to having the pleasure of welcoming you once again aboard Royal Air Maroc flights."I sent them the baggage id tag (*** ***) on 10/* and did not get any responseI sent it on 11/* once moreI did not send the written notice of discontinuance signed by my insurance" since I even do not know what they will compensate me or even the official status of my luggage. On 11/* (today), I called their Customer Service once moreTo my surprise, they answered and I learned that my luggage status (***) is still pending(my flight was on 7/**), and the case they opened (***) is closedPlease help me dealing with these people.
