Thank you for contacting.Royal Air Maroc has reached out to us but they have not paid the claim or informed us of when the issue will be resolvedThey have asked us to send all of the documents which I have sent multiple times, but they do not respond to any of our questions to let us know when they intend to pay or how much they will payAlso, they repeated ignore our phone calls and emails.

? I received my luggage to which my clothing was destroyed.? I was not able to receive a report from the airport and? Royal Air
