Absolutely horrendous company. Management does not care about residents in any way, shape or form. The apartment buildings (specifically in Falls Church, VA) are completely run down, the elevators are shaky, and there are bugs and mold all over the place. Don't bother bringing any issues to the management's attention; you will be ignored.

Horrible horrible, unbearable experience, with poor management handling/ignoring all complaints and issues of tenants.
I had to deal with overflowing sewage into my bedroom (on three separate occasions, and yes, I mean human feces and sewage coming both from the toilet and shower)....they claim to promote a "smoke-free" community, but cigarettes were thrown onto my patio constantly no matter how many times I brought this up to management (burning holes in our furniture we just purchased), unexpected disruptive construction constantly without any warning, band-aid fix repairs, mold in the ceiling (without every performing a mold test which we asked for), trust me I could go on and just hope no one else ever has to go through an awful experience like that again.
At one point the lock on my back door to the outside on the first floor didn't work....personally, as a woman I felt completely unsafe and had to live in an apartment where I couldn't even lock the door at night - not sure why that took 3+ weeks to fix with zero follow up or sense of urgency from management.
Overall, management is just down right shady, adding extra charges to our rent constantly, without reason to the point where we had to dispute our rent charges with management constantly. Please do something to help - no one should ever have to deal with their rude and aggressive management (or lack there of).
