I sent in my watch to get repaired almost two months agoI have called multiple times per week, nobody picks up the phoneI have also left voicemails, of which they have not been returnedI have emailed them, and have not received any response eitherI just want to know when I will be getting the watch back

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Akribos XXIV regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
"margin: 0in 0in 10pt;" class="MsoNormal">Akribos finally sent me the watch back, it has scratches that it did not have before and the watch runs fast (2-minutes in the period of 1/a day)I can see 2-minutes per month or maybe every weeks for a mechanical watch( I've had many mechanical watches) When I notified them that I was filling a complain with Revdex.com the watch arrived days later. I also received the watch in a different box and a letter telling me that if I needed further assistance that I can contact ***. Well, their phone does not go to voice mail at times and if you leave a message no one will return the call. I think that if they can't fix the watch they could at least tell me and offer me the option of another replacement and if they don't have an exact model they could offer me another option. I'm fair, I just don't like to be ignore when I'm trying to do my part

Review: I purchased an Akribos XXIV model number AK452SS. In less than a year the automatic watch has frozen up and will not work at all. It has been kept in good condition not submerged in water, not subjected to shock from being dropped on the floor, etc. The watch is defective and I paid good money for it.Desired Settlement: Replacement of the watch with a new one.

Review: I received a watch as gift less than one year ago. Crystal pieces that surrounded face fell out in several places. Contacted Akribos from warrantee card. Was instructed to return the watch for repair. My tracking shows they recieved it 8/**/2014. Have not heard anything from them. Have not had any success contacting them by phone. Left several messages. Unable to get through to any human.Desired Settlement: Would like them to repair or replace my watch.

Review: I purchased two Akribos XXIV watches through [redacted], one for my me, and one for my son. Upon arrival, both watches were defective. According to Akribos' manufacturer warranty, the watches are covered for 2 years. I mailed both watches for repair or replacement on 12/**/2014, to include a return postage check for $15, but have not received any response up to date.Desired Settlement: I would like Akribos to repair or replace my two watches. Amazing, how due to the defect, I nor my son was able to wear the watches even once! I expect them to contact me with the status of my submission, and be a responsible merchant.

Review: I purchased a watch from Big5 store in [redacted]. The watch (Retail value of $150) did not keep good time and it got worse. I called Big5 and they referred me to the manufacture for warranty. I sent the watch to Akribos XXIV with a $15 check for the return of the watch just as the company specifies on January **, 2014. I called the company a couple of weeks after I sent them the watch for warranty and the person stated that they just processed the watch and that it would take 4-6 weeks. That time expired on Feb **, 2014. I have called 3 times and left messages requesting for a return call as to the status of my warranty and shipping date. NO return calls have been received from Akribos or emails.Desired Settlement: If they cant fix my watch I want it replaced.

Review: I bought watch model #[redacted]) in March 2013. It stopped working November 2013 and therefore was eligible for warranty. After contacting the company via email I followed their instructions to send the watch in for repairs under warranty. They received the watch with all required documents on 12/**/13. They cashed a check for $15 required by the warranty on 12/**/13. I contacted them on 1/**/13 and 2/**/13 to get updates on when I would receive the watch back with no response.Desired Settlement: I want to either 1) receive the repaired watch in working condition or 2) receive a refund for $15 for the warranty and $89.99 original cost of I paid for watch ($104.99 total).

Review: Good day:I bought a watch from Akribos XXVI from TWI Watches LLC Company and mechanically broke, so under the warranty I send out the watch to have it repair by the manufacture company over month ago. The unit was send out on the second of December and arrived at your location on the fourth of the same month with it a Money order for shipping and handling to return the watch back after repairs where completed. The tracking number on the item is a USPS [redacted].For the pass weeks I being trying to contact the company to learn the status on the repair without any luck, I have called to only be able to leave a voice mail, tried to send emails to the customer service section with email being bounced back unable to deliver to email address (possibly fake address). I would like help from the Revdex.com to resolve this problem. Thank you for your care on this matter. Yours truly [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to have watch repaired or fully refunded of watch plus the shipping and handling chargers from the company.
