I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below First of all ***, the terms appearing in this response to my initial complaint are the first time I have seen themAs far as calls requesting to pick up the dumpster, I have call logs that clearly show you tried to reach my girlfriend exactly two timesOne voicemail was left stating you were scheduling the dumpster for pickup...that is all that was statedWe were not aware of any additional charges until our card was fraudulently charged for terms that were NEVER stated to us, verbally or otherwiseYou could not even confirm with me over the phone who you had a verbal agreement withWho did you talk to? You have yet to answer that question except to state to me you don't recallLike I said in my initial complaint, if there were weekly/monthly charges why would they not be charged to our card monthly instead of in one lump sum? At least then we would have been aware something was amiss much earlier Secondly, you are welcome to pick up this dumpster any time you pleaseSomething I forgot to mention in my initial complaint is that [redacted] actually threatens us IN WRITING that she is going to leave this dumpster in our yard until the bill is paid in fullIs this the way a reputable company does business? If you feel we owe you any money you are welcome to take it up through the court systemI have already had a discussion with my lawyerHe advised that after days of fair notice the dumpster left on my property becomes my possessionI called you on the 27th of March [redacted] and made you aware of this factIf this dumpster is not picked up by the 26th of April it legally becomes mine I would advise you to do the right thing and take it up through the court system if you think you have a case Regards, [redacted]

We have heard from the actual customer [redacted] , one time, a couple weeks ago, about the truck driving byWe immediatly contacted the driver, and sent them backOther times, we have heard from a male who has been less than cooperative when we try to rectify any issues, yet we have ALWAYS immediatley tried to rectify HIS complaintThis customer does not use our Al's Maintenance totes, and this could be the issue as to why our drivers miss it at timesOther times, the driver has told us that he in fact did not "miss" the address, they had a certain route they were taking and had planned on driving back by this and other addresses at a later time to do the pick upsIf the customer is unhappy with the service, we will gladly refund the FULL amount that was paid, and cancel the servicethank youRobyn BAls Maintenance, LLC

In regards to the complaint filed by Mr [redacted] I have attached the the invoices that I had sent to [redacted] and [redacted] they are not of a threatening nature at allLike I previously had stated, I had attempted to call the number that was given to us but was unable to reach anyoneOn December I was able to leave a voice mail stating we needed to the dumpster on the schedule for pick up and to call us Since Mr [redacted] was aware of us trying to reach out to them at least times why did he not call us back? Mr [redacted] also would like me to recall whom I spoke with in regards to ordering this dumpster almost months ago he answered his own question when he called me back on March 28, and stated to me during our conversation that he in fact had ordered and authorized the use of his card On April I again called and no-one answered so I sent the 2nd notice saying again we need to arrange for pick up of the dumpster so no more extra time charges are incurred ***, the owner of ALS Maintenance on April 14,again reached out to Mr [redacted] and offered him a deal on the extra time charges,even better than what our contractors pay, to pay a rental fee of $per month plus any difference in tonnage and Mr [redacted] refused and April 14, was the first time that Mr [redacted] authorized the dumpster to be picked upI think that is a very fair offer from a reputable business owner, with a excellent Revdex.com rating Sincerely [redacted]

On 2/23/we were delivering a dumpster to said addressIt snowed the night before and the driveway had a small accumulation of snow on itThis driveway is very steep and our truck couldn’t make it all the way up the drivewayI had the driver leave and sent out another truck an hour laterThis
truck also couldn’t make it up the drivewayThe home owner was there and said our truck cracked his drivewayI received a call from his wife and she stated her husband was very upset about the drivewayI told her that I will have the owner there ASAPThe owner was there in minutesThe owner explained there was no negligence on our partOur trucks only backed straight up the driveway and then pulled straight out of the drivewayThe driveway sunk in from the weight of the truckThe owner tried to explain that we have no way of knowing the sub base of a driveway or how old the driveway is and it is not our fault that the driveway crackedThe homeowner did not accept this and continued to ask for his driveway to be repairedAt this time our owner decided it was best for him to just leaveThe home owner then decided he would block our owner from getting in his truck by positioning himself in front of the truck doorOur owner asked him to moveThe home owner did not moveOur owner then opened up the door while the home owner was still leaning against the doorWhen the owner got into his truck the home owner got between the door and truck preventing our owner from leavingOur owner pushed the home owner a couple of times in order to close door and leaveAt this time the home owners son talked his father into movingBoth parties then called When the sheriff arrived he told our owner to leave and that this is a civil caseAl’s maintenance is very serious about customer satisfactionAs stated our owner was on scene in minutesThank YouMark C., dispatcher for Al’s MaintenancePlease feel free to call me about this issue###-###-####

I have photos of the driveway damageThere was no police "report" filed, as I really didn't, and don't, want to persue that pathI am really only interested in help with getting my driveway fixedThe business' reply regarding having " no idea" what would happen with the driveway is at best ridiculous in that the damage to the driveway begins where the truck first drove on itIt's impossible to believe that any reasonable professional would continue 2/of the way in the driveway with truck wheels spinning (there are marks) digging holes (there are holes) and creating deep depressionsI assume these people do this everyday and should be more awareAlso, why send the second , smaller truck if the first truck was ok to use, after it damaged my property.? Couple this with the owner's extremely unprofessional language and behavior , not to mention the physical assault, and it's laughable to read the company spokesman's replyPlease find photos attachedI may have to send a couple emails with themThank you for helping me with thisRegards,

In regards to Ms ***'s complaintwe were asked to deliver a 40yd dumpster to *** *** Ave it said call when leaving which we did the placement instructions that were given place in drive close to house, but they will be onsite which they wereOur driver when onsite
helped the customer try to get a car that was in the drive moved (he was there an extra 15-minutes) the car was not in working condition & had flat tiresHe spent time trying to start the car which was not successfull then he tried to push the car also was not successfullSo the onsite customer placed the box where they wanted itThen they called back later to have the box respotted and we told them that there is a charge to do this, they did finally agree to this charge so we came back and placed it againThe box did weigh more than the minimum tonnage so they had to pay for the difference which was another plus taxKaren ALS Maintenance

Response to todays company response from Karen And I am sorry the company made an error that created additional charges for me and wont admit any wrong doing. I think that is how you stay in business ..Don't let customers know about additional charges especially when this customer checked in on additional occasions to make sure it was still alright to keep dumpster. I figured the dumpster weight was my only concern for unforeseen charges I was NEVER advised about time.

We are a very reputable business, when someone orders a dumpster we tell them the price of the dumpster, the charge for extra tonnage , the charge for the time over the initial weeks time frameI am sorry the customer did not hear the all but the time frame that was included in the pricingLets see if we can compromise and split the extra time charge, which would be $Please let us knowKaren

When the customer ordered the dumpster we let them know the initial pricing , the time frame that is included, and price for extra tonnage, and they have to call when it is ready for removalWhen the customer called & spoke with Jenn yesterday she mentioned that it has been crazy dealing with

*** *** / *** *** ordered a dumpster for delivery on 10/22/The card was initially run for $which is the cost of the dumpster and the first ton, which also includes the first weeks rental time not including the drop off or pick up day so you actually get nine days usage
for that price, if needed longer it is $a day or a max of $per week, the customer will need to call when it is ready for pick up because we don't automatically come pick up the dumpsterMr *** asked for me by name so I knew he had received a note from me stating I tried to reach them many times to getting dumpster picked up and to call me I also stated the extra time charges of $would need to be paid before dumpster is picked upSince I didn't receive a call back I ran the card for $sale amount of $was capturedI did go back and adjust the invoice because I did mistakenly charge for weeks instead of the weekbut the balance owed is still $I did not receive more money that what they owed us at the time, and by having the box still sitting at there address there are still accruing extra time charges and what ever the overages are for the weight in the box I again 4/09/tried to call them with no success because voice mail is not set up the phone
When I had was speaking with Mr *** I had put him on speaker phone so my coworker could also try to help me resolve this situation, but no luckAll Mr *** kept saying was where is it in writing and I told him that the agreement was verbal oneWe would like to get this resolved as soon as possible

The customer called & ordered the dumpster he was given the pricing, what it would be for extra tonnage and the length of time included in that pricing and the extra time price if he did need it longerAt the end of our little spiel we tell them to call us when it is ready for pick upThis
gentleman ordered a dumpster last year & when he called us to complain about the over charge he told Jenn that last year he made sure that he got it back to us for the pick up day so he would not get extra time charges.Thank you Karen ALS Maintenance

I have been a customer since January and have paid for a full yearFour times my trash (and recycling if it was a recycling week) was not picked up on the designated day and I have had to call to have it picked upSometimes it took a day or two for this to happenMy pick up day is Friday so that means it has taken as long as the following Tuesday for a pickupI generally like the company and it is less money but I should be able to count on my trash being picked up on the designated day without my having to call

Although I don't usually write reviews, I wanted to take the time to do soI have been impressed with Als garbage/disposal service right from day oneWhen I emailed in my authorization for service, although I had a couple weeks of service left from my previous provider, later that same day they delivered the totes! Our driver, Billy, is always polite and professionalGiven all this, their prices are very competitive too, actually, lower than the competitionKeep up the great work!

Al's Maintenance was fantastic! I ordered a dumpster from them They delivered the dumpster and picked it up quickly The office staff and the drivers were great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone I am also going to switch my garbage service to them also!

I am sorry that he didn't hear Jenn say in her spiel the pricing, the length of time included in that pricing and the additional tonnage and time chargesIt would not be feasible for us to let a customer have the dumpster for as long as they would like, because we would be out of business within a few weeks with no dumpster to deliver to othersThanks Karen
