In regards to the complaint filed by Mr *** I have attached the the invoices that I had sent to *** *** and *** *** they are not of a threatening nature at allLike I previously had stated, I had attempted to call the number that was given to us but was unable to reach anyoneOn December I was able to leave a voice mail stating we needed to the dumpster on the schedule for pick up and to call us
Since Mr *** was aware of us trying to reach out to them at least times why did he not call us back? Mr *** also would like me to recall whom I spoke with in regards to ordering this dumpster almost months ago he answered his own question when he called me back on March 28, and stated to me during our conversation that he in fact had ordered and authorized the use of his card.
On April I again called and no-one answered so I sent the 2nd notice saying again we need to arrange for pick up of the dumpster so no more extra time charges are incurred
***, the owner of ALS Maintenance on April 14,again reached out to Mr *** and offered him a deal on the extra time charges,even better than what our contractors pay, to pay a rental fee of $per month plus any difference in tonnage and Mr *** refused and April 14, was the first time that Mr *** authorized the dumpster to be picked upI think that is a very fair offer from a reputable business owner, with a excellent Revdex.com rating
